I ordered food at approximately 7:45. Left my house around 8:15, not a very far drive for me. I got there and paid for my food which still wasn’t ready. I waited 20 minutes for them to hand me my breadsticks and 2 liter, which wasn’t everything I ordered. 15 minutes later….I’m just getting my pizzas too. Over a hour I waited on food and they didn’t even bother saying anything to me. When they finally realized I was very frustrated they then decided to offer me a credit on my next order. Sorry Pizza Hut there will not be a next order! Domino’s from now on…thanks though!

Why I decided that I wanted pizza the night of the SEC championship I will never know…. I have to hand it to the Crew working last night the kept there cool worked at a run. The food was good service was as good as normal. when I left I heard the manager say she was 28 orders behind. Good JOB guys.

Rude, rude and awful! Called in a delivery for myself and friends at my place of employment. They never delivered the order or answer my calls. Nor did they call to explain why they wouldn’t be delivering our food. Weeks later i placed an order with my credit card. Which it was a delivery order for my children while I was out of town. The driver brought the food but didn’t deliver the sodas until five hours later. I called the customer service number over ten times just to have them bring the sodas to my home, not to make a complaint…. Because accidents happen. Ive worked in the food business numerous times. Yet, the local Pizza Hut never answered the calls. Even though it wasnt their fault the customer service representatives kept apologizing for the inconvenience. Summerville Pizza Hut need to get it together! UPDATE!!! July 27 2018. . . I have recently returned to ordering food from the local pizza hut. I must say that I have had a change of heart. They have been polite and my orders have been correct. I am pleasantly pleased at how different this establishment has improved

After 1 hour 20 minutes I called to check on my order. The automatic answering service gave me 2 options. Press 1 to order press 2 to cancel or check the status of my order. I press the number 2. Someone answered then hung up before saying anything. This happen 2 times. I called back this time I hit the number 1 to make a order thinking I would get to talk to someone. A man answered I tried my best to understand him but had a hard time doing so. Told him I wanted to cancel my order. He said it was on the way. I tried agen and he said the same thing. After going through the same conversation 3 times. He said pizza on the way then hung up on me. In 20 minutes it did show up. By that time I had gone to town to pick up dinner and made it back home. The delivery girl was very nice and understanding when I told her what happen and refused the order.

Ordered for pick up here and it was a mistake. Will never order pizza from here again. I ordered a bacon and pepperoni pizza and it looked and tasted as if the bacon was put on after my pizza was cooked. It was basically raw and 100% disgusting. I couldn’t even eat my food. Also ordered garlic bites that were okay but similar to eating licorice bc they we so chewy. The only thing I have ever been able to order from here without complaint was a cookie pie. Also I find it unsanitary that several employees do not have their hair up or wear a hat/visor. It’s a bit odd that they do not wear uniforms most times and seems unprofessional and sloppy.

Always excellent service and honest ready times on carryout orders. Most pizza places tell you 20 minutes on an order then you get there to discover it will either be another 10 minutes or your food has already been getting cold for five.

Ordered 2 personal pan pizza well done with no green peppers add olives got raw pizza no olives and charfed for extra nasty sausage I never asked for. Asked the lady if the could run them through the oven again because they were raw got them back 4 slices bately had anythung on them because it melted on the pan and I saw it and brought it to her attention and she ignored the comment I made and charged me full price no discounts or resolution to the proble. Will never go back. I would of have out no stars but you have to in order to write a review. Two BIG TBUMBS DOWN. Not to mention there were at least 6 to 8 people employees in there standing around. Very disappointed

Order at 7:35pm and it’s 9:14 pm and nothing! Tried to call and rang for 10 minutes non stop! I normally order wings all the time there and never a problem…so idk what’s up with tonight! Would give zero stars if I could!

Everyone I order I have to either cook it some more or take it back for my money. My food is always raw the dough looks like it was cooked to fast and the bottom and toppings are the only part of the pizza that got cooked. My kids love pizza but I will not but from pizza hutt they don’t care…
