Went today 07/12/23 for lunch around 11:30. There was only one employee working as far as we could see, but he did an amazing job. Super fast. His customer service skills were top notch and he makes a mean pizza bread. We will definitely be returning!

Went to pick up my order, only my pizza was ready and they did not even know I also ordered a cheesy breadsticks. They said “oh it is not made yet because it was not on the ticket you can pull around to the Tudors window if you would like”. I was like yeah that is fine, so I pull around and wait for about 15-20 minutes for the cheesy breadsticks and I finally get it. I thank them and drive off and think to look at it and it is not even cheesy breadsticks in my box. During the whole experience, not one person apologized for the screwup and just said here you are while giving me the wrong item. I get home and my pizza is just barely warm (not hot), and I look at the ticket and the cheesy bread is on the ticket. This was my first experience at this location, and I likely will not be back. Food tasted fine though.

We placed an order for delivery at 7:09p on line.(Hot ham & Cheese sandwich & lasagna ). After finalizing the transaction and making payment, then it tells us it will be delivered by 8:35p. Almost an hour and a half from order time. Then, about 10 minutes after delivery time, we receive a call telling us that they ran out of noodles and our lasagna would be delayed. Finally receive order around 9:30 pm. Lasagna was ok but sandwich was cold and hard. Usually love Gino’s food but was so disappointed with service tonight.

We were passing through on a road trip and had some hungry kids. They were so happy with their dinner. The manager was very patient and kind; was clearly training someone new while keeping the whole thing running smoothly.

I’ve been waiting to write this review for a while just in case I’ve been catching them on bad nights, but I’ve been sat wasting my gas in the drive thru for 20+ the past 5 times I’ve ordered. This place is a joke. I wait forever just to find they didn’t make half my order. Definitely done with this location.

It’s unfortunate that the food at this Ginos has consistently been sub par. Placed an online order for delivery, called back about 90 minutes later to check on it and was told they didn’t have drivers so the order was canceled. They tried to call with no luck…no biggie, I’ll pick it up. I arrived home with this overcooked mess after placing my original order 2 hours earlier…that was the cherry on top.

I had tried the Cheeseburger pub which, it was ok, my favorite is the ham and cheese one hands down its the best. The 3 lady employees were awesome they deserve 5 stars, they were super friendly, and had smilies on their faces! Made the experience even better! I do not go to Gino’s often enough, but I’m thinking because of the great experience with the employees I will be increasing my visits there!

My experience last night was awful. The girl that waited on me was not nice at all. I ordered two Steak sandwiches with everything and got two steak sandwiches with steak and cheese. This is my first bad experience and I don’t know if I will go back.
