This place literally makes absolutely zero sense and has the worst customer service of all time. As an Uber eats driver I had to drive 10 minutes to get to the restaurant wait in a line just to get into the drive-thru line tell them whose order I have at the speaker and then once I get to the window they tell me I have to go all the way back around to get the order? How does that make any sense just because it’s an Uber eats order? If I was a regular customer I could have ordered whatever they ordered and 10 times more and they couldn’t have done that to me so it’s something that they should not do at all makes absolutely no sense and needs to change

Order beef supreme burrito. It was all juice, and little sour cream no meat. This is the third time coming here, all three times, got dripping from pan on soft taco supremes, no meat. And got a crunch wrap. All crunch and lettuce, pan drippings for meat. Sour cream a little on one side

I’ve ordered drinks without ice (I have a sensitivity to super cold drinks) and have always had the cup filled. I ordered a baja blast yesterday before work and the drive thru guy gave me the dirtiest look when I laughed and jokingly asked where the rest of my baja was. Its never been an issue before, why now? Employees never pay attention always talking and rushing that they always screw up the orders. I stopped going as much just because I’m sick of paying full price for half of my food. The tacos always come sloppy and a hot mess. Just got food tonight and again order messed up and sloppy.

Fast drive thru, friendly personnel, hot food. Over-all pretty good (this time) . Although, when they had their cheddar chalupa (not the one currently~), they literally only had it for 2 weeks. I understand it could’ve been a certain seasonal promo….but 2 weeks?! C’mon. And this was the 2nd time in about 2 years they brought it back SMH. And not the stores fault….I get it. But also keeping signage up at the drive-thru speaker way longer than it should’ve been? A first thought ‘false advrtsmnt.’

THE best taco bell I have been to. Always full crunchwraps, they always have sauce, and their drive-thru is an absolute machine cranking through orders. The staff is always nice and relative to other Taco Bells they have lower prices. Love this location specially with all my heart.
