Last minute decision for breakfast landed us at the Post House Restaurant. We were happy that it did. Great options at great prices. Service was quick and friendly. We did the breakfast buffet and our daughter had a pancake. The buffet had plenty of options. The home fries and the omelet style eggs were my favorite. They did a cute job on the pancakes, our daughter loved it.

Huge servings! You won’t leave hungry, that’s for certain. Loved the corned beef casserole and eggs Benedict with crab cakes. We’ll be back.

We got breakfast food for lunch….no complaints. The sausage was delicious, the scrapple fried hard at my request…the omelet, pancakes, bacon, eyc….all delicious! The home friefries were good but needed a little more seasoning. Overall very good and plan to order again this weekend!

My dad took me out for breakfast it was really nice morning their wasn’t a lot of people their and it’s been years since I ate at the Old Post House I grew up in that area when I was a kid this was the local family restaurant our family went to, for a down home cooked meal and this place never disappointed u food was and is excellent the portions are very satisfying if you leave here hungry that is your fault I got the eggs benedict and the Hollandaise sauce was so creamy and Rich in flavor and I got chip beef gravy on my home fries I love their gravies sausage gravy, chipped beef gravy it’s so creamy and my dad got chip beef gravy over biscuits with home fries and he said that it was the best chippy gravy that he’s ever had we had our food within 10-15 minutes but not a long wait at all I don’t know if it was because of the time of day it was but it was in the morning fairly early and this place normally is packed everyday breakfast and dinner we just lucked out and didn’t have a wait in the food is so good I try to go eat there every time I’m in town which is in Oxford Pennsylvania I am definitely going back yeah I think for the quality and quantity of food it was fairly priced two people it was $43 and it was well worth it so if you’re ever in the area you definitely have to try the Old Post House so until next time live, love and eat a lot and keep it

Ordered the fried chicken dinner which came with 2 sides and a trip to the salad bar for 15.99 the chicken was still pink and bloody on the inside the waitress asked me if I wanted anything else I said no and she said I will deduct this from your bill then a few minutes later she comes back and said we have to charge you for the 2 sides and the salad which came to a total of 13 bucks!!! What a ripoff used to eat their alot never again!!

Restrooms need attention. We had breakfast with our two granddaughters, 6 and 8. For whatever reason someone placed a round toilet seat on the elongated toilet in the ladies room. So we had 5 inches of bowl rim sticking out from the seat!!! Who does that??? Sign on men’s room door, Door locks itself. Make sure it’s not locked before you leave. Two issues that would be easy to resolve and cost maybe a total of $50. I’d hate to see their kitchen.

Granted it was later on closer to lunch, but the Sunday breakfast buffet could have been tended to a little better, a lot of food was getting dry and hard. That’s what they have been known for, so I’d think they could do a little better.

Always happy with the food selection. Seven of us ate here today, we all really liked the food. No frills, down home food.
