Employees don’t show up neither should you. 15 minutes after opening not an employee in sight 5 cars did a lap through the drive through. Food already wasn’t good compared to other Taco Bell’s in the area but it was conventions until there just wasn’t food to be had.

Avoid this location. If it’s around closing, they turn the grill off early and say “it’s down”. Grilled items are basically everything good on the menu btw. Or their system is down. It’s peak hour at this place. Taco bell should pull this franchise or get new management.

It’s ok. I’ve always had to wait a little at the window. The food is never usually that nice looking when it arrives. Usually broken. But they are one if the few taco bells that I’ve visited who don’t cheat you in the meat and just give you a bunch of lettuce. So love them for that.

This location is usually a disappointment in some way. Some staff are friendly, some are rude and can’t enunciate their words. The food is never hot, usually luke warm, and about 50% of the time the order is wrong. It’s a great fast food option for vegans, so it’s frustrating to regularly have to go back and ask them to remake something without cheese. I love Taco Bell, so it sucks that the closest location is so bad. I really don’t know why the corporation can’t keep higher standards of service, especially since the cost of fast food is so close to sit-down restaurant prices.

I just called the Mukilteo store in regards to food item I bought that was not good and needs to be removed. However, before I can get that far, I asked for the managers name and she refused to give it to me. After several back and forth I told her about the food item and she didn’t seemed concerned or worried. I explained that I was not looking for a refund or replacement. I was simply calling because the food item needs to be removed immediately for the safety of all consumers. I also put in a message online. Hopefully the owner will see this and call me for further discussion.

The night shift at this location are an absolute joke. Many times they close way earlier than than the times listed on their doors. I mobile ordered on 6/6/23 at 9pm and never received my order because they decided to close at 9pm. Why? Couldn’t get an answer from the employee.

The last few times we’ve gone they aren’t allowing people to order grilled items. I get it being late and people want to go home but that’s like half the menu and the reason we came out here. Also I think they recently changed their recipe for the meat in the tacos. It has a different texture and tastes more like beans than meat.

This place is hit and miss…. they open at 9am for breakfast. They are never open on time. 915-920…no. they don’t say their closed when in drive thru ? Just have you get sick of waiting and leave.(they are in there) Annoying. 3 times now!
