It came faster than initially expected and delivery driver was friendly and polite. Crust was good but bottom of pizza lacked flavor and seemed under cooked. Pizza also wasn’t cut at all so thankfully the hotel had a knife and plates I could use. The bread sticks seemed to lack flavor, though you can see the garlic and parm. We are from out of town and arrived tired and hungry so we ordered from her. I don’t regret it and would probably order again if I find myself around one.

We used to order at the 23rd location weekly. Ordered always the same thing, salad and pizza. So when they messed up my order, not once but multiple times which is why we barely order now, I was told I would be given a credit, no stipulations were given. Now I’m at work and want my salad I have to order MORE food to get the one salad. I don’t want more food, just the salad they messed up on. I don’t need to order more food if I don’t want more food, but they force you to order more as a policy. When I ordered online I checked every box to specifications, and someone failed to make the order correct. You’re penalizing me for that mistake by asking me to spend money on something I don’t need.
