Only ordered a Baja Blast slushy through the self-serve touchscreen terminal, which staff insisted every customer use. Not a busy time — restaurant had 3 other guests and about 2-3 cars in drive-thru — but did not receive my order until about 15 minutes later when I asked if my order was ready. Tables and floor had random trash scattered. Location seems to be understaffed. Not the staff’s fault, but don’t expect quick service here.

Place is trash I stopped there last night on the way home and they gave me something completely different from what I ordered. Food is taco bell. I’m expecting taco bell. Chicken quesadilla famous internationally. Love it. However this specific taco bell is absolute trash with mobile ordering. Everytime i order they are out of stock of some item that they choose not to update the system. Like sour cream, how in dog’s name are you out of sour cream, that’s 80% of your menu. Then they ask if it’s okay once you get there. Like i thought this was so i wouldn’t have to go through this process, . Everytime, i appreciate consistency none the less

I found the issue. They have no trained staff. Now listen up kid’s if you want to see the places you eat at close down, then don’t work. I’ll be ecstatic to see only 3 fast food chains like we had in 1978.

We waited for over 12 minutes standing in line. We were totally ignored and asked the manager and staff to help take our order and the six other people who were behind us. Everyone eventually left, including us. Disappointed and not coming back!

There is no reason why this is my 3rd time here and it is slow service. Either the drive through is closed or they can’t take a debit card. The wait went from 20 minutes to 30 minutes that people started walking away.

Came to the theater with my kids , got them Taco Bell and got a super disrespectful person taking orders, I was barely ordering 3 drinks and she was telling me is that it? I told her please give me a min. Ordered a burrito is that it? Ask for a number, is that it? I had to tell her can you please let me finish my order? I finished and told her that would be it. Left me in silence I had to say hello? Hello.. drove up she had a attitude. Snatched my debit card gave me one drink then closed the window, gave me another slammed the window, handed me my bag and told me have a good day. What about my drink?? Rolled her eyes went and got the drink she forgot. Then has the nerve to stick her head out and wave the car behind us to move up like if she was trying to be even more rude. Taco Bell needs to get rid of this employee. African American short hair lady. To top it off my order in the bag was wrong .
