Useless. Made a delivery order, came out wrong. I tried to call the store, no answer, got transferred to some remote call center person after choosing “3” for having a concern about my order, then got transferred to an incorrect location. It’s not hard to pay attention to a simple order but apparently it’s impossible to have it fixed.

Pizza was great. But forgot my pasta. Called to ask for a refund, or if I could get it delivered to me after the fact, and it called some help center in another country where they would only take my order. They said they connect me to this location but that’s all they could do for me. I called 4 times and the line was busy or disconnected EVERY TIME. Literally so mad. Honestly just goto the local pizza king or papa johns instead, they forget stuff too, but at least they pick up the phone to help you.

Hot & Fresh. Delivery said expect an hour, arrived in 15 minutes. We were starving, and went to cook a salmon filet…upon opening the package, it smelled bad. So, we opted for our local Pizza Hut to save our dinner.

Ordered food through the app. The app told me it would arrive at 5:37. I then get a confirmation text telling me that a door dasher has picked up my order and that it will arrive at 5:47. Thirty minutes past delivery time I click on the link they provided me and it tells me my order has been canceled and I should contact the store. I tried calling 10 times and no answer.

Wish I could give no stars. The customer service is terrible, tried to call about missing items to my order, they put me on hold for well over 10 minutes, and when I try to call back, it rang once then it was the busy sound. Can’t get through now and didn’t even get my full order.

I’ve ordered here many many times and 9/10 times they are on top of it quick delivery at a good price but there has been a time or two when it wasn’t so good once this last summer they didn’t even make my food that I ordered on carry out so I had to wait on them to cook it and this past weekend sheesh I’ll just leave the pic for you to determine I ordered 4 pizzas and 3 were like this still going to give them 4 stars just be more careful
