The food quality and prices were the same as they usually are for the chain. The guy taking my order was nice. They took awhile to get my order, almost 25 minutes but it was very busy when I was there so that’s understandable. Was an overall pleasant experience.

My family went out for dinner to Noodles and Company (our 13 year old picked) and we received the best service and noodle entrees since we first had noodles 8 years ago. David the manager was great and made sure everything was perfect. Even though this restaurant is 20 minutes away from where we live, this is the noodles to go to in the area! Shout out to David and his team for keeping customer service a priority!

I came in here at 3pm on a Friday. 4 cooks I believe one of the men was the manager wearing a polo and a hat. No one wearing gloves, grabbed the Parmesan cheese and topped my noodles. Guy wearing hat did one of those outer hand wipes of his nose. With no gloves on. Didn’t step away or go put gloves on. Continued plating food.

Chain semi-fast casual (semi-causal?) place with noodle dishes from various countries/ regions (pad thai, max n cheese, pasta, etc.). The food is okay – some dishes (Korean spicy noodles, pesto pasta) are better than others. Prices are not cheap but not outrageous. Service is pretty quick. I would rate this well above fast-food chains but slightly below Chipotle and other fast-causal places. Ok lunch place for or if you have a specific craving and this is the closest place. Solid 3 stars.

Definitely went down hill. The manager even commented that everything is broken and out of stock. Computer system down, bathroom doorknobs broken and don’t lock, they don’t carry the red hot sauce anymore, and their portions are half the size. I was really disappointed.

Good and healthy food. They take allergy seriously and is great for vegetarians also. During pandemic they are only giving food in take out boxes with plastic forks. They are slow in cleaning tables and have to be reminded multiple times.
