I know taste is subjective and one person might think it’s terrible while another thinks it’s great. I am in the great category! Filibertos has such an extensive menu, I think everyone could find something they liked. Prices are slightly higher than other fast Mexican food places but the amounts are bigger to justify that. I really like you can get a variety of meat dishes such as adobada, carnitas, machaca, etc. It is certainly our go to place.

Very clean straight forward service, don’t expect friendliness, but the food is great as usual. They do NOT have menudo anymore. Typical Tex-Mex food like burritos, rolled tacos, nachos and they have an open fountain machine which is great!

24 hr mediocre food. It slaps at 3 a.m., but it’s not great. Carne asada is overcooked, dry, lacking seasoning. Beef tacos were very bland and lacking seasoning. All I could taste was grease and corn tortilla. The green chili burrito is amazing, the best choice. The adobada is extremely greasy but delicious. The bean burrito is very good. Prices are kind of high for mediocre food, but the burritos are big. Green salsa is my choice. The red is ok but has a strange flavor. As I said, it’s not great, but if you’re hungry at any hour, it’s worth a visit.

Stopped in for a bite before a concert at Ak-Chin… Was immediately impressed by how clean it was; we’re talking sparkly… The service was fast and friendly, the food tasted great. If you’re on this side of town and you don’t wanna spend a bunch of money, Filiberto’s doesn’t disappoint!

Food is good but presentation ain’t that good, not that I’m specting a fine dining restaurant plate, but you eat what you are looking at. If it doesn’t look good, I’m not eating it. Also, the amount of food they serve on some of the combinations is really small compared to other Filiberto’s restaurants.

I ordered Carne Asada fries,the first thing I said to the cashier was that I wanted the fries extra crispy. After ten minutes waiting I received my order and left. I get home and open the box. I couldn’t believe it the fries were barely cooked and there was barely half a portion inside. I paid $10.36 with a $1 off coupon and got maybe $5 worth. This is rediculous a bunch of scammers. I took it back and explained to the cashier my dissatisfaction with my order she explained that the cook pre-portions the fries and Carne Asada. I just got a refund, and went to Federico’s. Their food tastes alot better anyway.

This one star review only pertains to an order of super nachos from a visit on 04/20/23 this was not the first time I was here it’s alway been a great experience and delicious food but again on this particular visit things changed the food was below subpar and the amount of food for $14 was not enough to say the least. I immediately did a circle around the drive thru to return my order and ask for a refund the manager was not present so I left my order and original receipt and took my business to another Filiberto’s when I returned the next day for my refund the Manager was very hostile about my complaint. She had her opinions and it’s fine but she basically called me a liar and acted as if I was making a fuss when I could have made a scene when I didn’t get my money back the night before all she had to do was give me the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just this one time but no she wanted to argue and act as if I came in spitting insults. The manager has terrible customer service and is super defensive she clearly needs anger management counseling to deal with at home trama she had maybe being judged her whole life so she can’t take basic critique this review would not have even been posted had she been friendly and gave me my refund. I knew how to act as the complaining customer mostly because I’ve been a fast food manager and I know how to approach situations like this she clearly does not and needs further training in that aspect Filiberto’s please do better. (Manager told me her name was Marlene) Also to add she basically said that her Filibertos uses better ingredients then others and that’s why the portions there are smaller.

Went to this place for 2 simple tacos and a chicken bowl… The tacos were full of grease and had little to no meat in them.. the chicken on the bowl had a charred taste and they charged for extra cheese and gave us 3 extra strands, the pico was old and you could tell it wasnt fresh by looking at it and this was early morning.. My husband was so upset he wanted something else.. i posted a pic to show how the other place put this place shame… they need to take some lessons .. I will not be going back nor will i recommend anyone to this location

Ordered a cowboy fries. Half full maybe. Very disappointed in the amount. All other locations are double this very disappointed. Not worth the $13 spent at this location. Fries not cooked still raw in center. Go somewhere else. Any other location is definitely better.

$10 for the worst breakfast burrito I ever had. Over cooked eggs, thinnest bacon barely any cheese and they barely filled the burrito. I got more tortilla than anything else. Spend your money somewhere else.
