We tried to place an order online for the twenty dollar fill up box with 2 side orders of Cole slaw. After placing my order, I drove down to pick up the order. They said they had no record of the order in their system. I called my wife who brought the order up on her tablet, long story is I had to replace the order. After I got home, turns out I was shorted the French fries that come with order. The funny part is they have a sign on the counter by the register that says no refunds, we will make your order right. Needless to say this was my last trip to KFC.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible so bad to the point that I didn’t even spend money here. I came through the drive thru and was rushed although I needed a chance to look at the menu, I started to order and then went ahead to change my order in the same breath, the person taking my order huffed and said “Oh my God” as if I had been wasting their time. I found that extremely rude, and decided to go inside, OF COURSE the doors are locked at 7pm, nowhere near closing time. I wrapped back around to speak with the employee/manager and she had a nasty attitude. She told me there were only two employees working which still doesn’t justify a customer being rushed and spoken to so rudely. She walked off on me while I was still talking and said I can wrap back around if I wanted to order, why would I place an order? There were literally no cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru, and now I’m realizing why. I do not understand why this store is still open, horrible service, if you can’t treat the customers patronizing your establishment nicely, please do us all a favor and shut down.

The worst and slowest place to get food, if they have it. Worst, rudest customer service and your order will be wrong or missing something. Check before you leave, and yes they will get mad if you take the time to check before driving away. Trust me, double check your order for correctness, quality and quantity.

One person started taking my order on the intercom, which I was giving loudly & clearly. I had given my complete order when all of a sudden, I heard a different voice chime in. Because of this, I asked the young lady if she could repeat my order back to me, which she did. However, after I paid, received my order, arrived home and looking at what was given. Not only did I get the chicken part choices (all dark/leg & thigh) but my dessert was different; in that, I ordered two pieces of cake (lemon & chocolate) but instead received two lemon pieces of cake.

Just left this KFC before I got home I realized I didn’t check my food. I ordered 2 2pc all white meals. They failed to put the biscuits in the boxes. I tried calling so I could let them know…unfortunately no one would answer the phone. I called at least 5 times. I didn’t bother returning due to realizing the receipt was not placed in the bag. Next time I’ll just wait in the line at Popeyes.
