I placed an online order for a large pizza with extra cheese and marinara sauce. When I walked in to pick up my pizza no one acknowledged me. I stood at the register waiting for someone to assist me for several minutes. The two workers saw me standing there but continued to ignore me walking back and forth cutting pizza. All I wanted was to pickup my food, I didn’t even want to place an order. I watched him cut and box about 10 pizzas before he helped me at the register. I know that the hurricane came last night and everyone is on edge but that shouldn’t be an excuse to give bad customer service to someone. Not including that my pizza didn’t have extra marinara sauce like I’ve ordered.

Amazing service, arrived early, delivered perfectly on-time. Even was honest when I mistook a 50 dollar bill for a 5 and he came back when he realized and thought it was a mistake. So thankful he was honest and tipped him the best we could actually afford. Wed June 7th at around midnight. Top notch guy

I have ordered from this location MULTIPLE times despite them having been grossly wrong in the past. The occasional time they’ve been right with great pizza brought me back. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I order from them again and what do you know…ITS WRONG! Not sure how hard it is to read instructions but apparently it is. Go to another Pizza Hut or pizza place in general.

They use door dash for delivery. My order was missing items and they offer me store credit. Claimed they could not re deliver even though I was willing to wait for it because they only had one employee working. Ended in a screaming match and they refunded my card.

My family and I have ordered from this location almost every other week. I went to place an online order and when I did not receive a text or an email about my order I called the location and the guy told me I need to wait a couple of hours to see if my order goes though. The guy on the phone was very rude and did not seem to care whatsoever that I was charged already for the order. I called customer service to see if I could get the charge reversed they told me I had to wait 3-5 days. When and if I ever order from Pizza Hut again I will never return to this location just based on the customer service alone.

I was greeted well but the food was rushed and was not well done at ! The pizza was nasty the cinnamon breadsticks did not look well done overall food experience 1/10 and gave me Miranna sauce for cinnamon breadsticks instead of icing. Horrible

Ordered online, ordered almost $60 worth of food, of course including tip for the delivery but ended up having to drive to the Pizza Hut because I was missing a whole large pie, so I call to let them know to refund me my money or deliver the pizza I hear in the background mind you it’s 10pm and the I’m guessing manager says “we don’t answer the phone 2 hours before closing” so I end up having to drive and pick up my cold old pizza and the guy says “we can remake it for you” no thank you, and continues to give me attitude and walks away….. worst pizza hut ever…. Never again….
