Wrong sandwich was given for my online order to pick up. I wasted my whole lunch break driving to pick up the food and got back to work and couldn’t eat it. I had added a tip to ther order but what’s the point. When I called the store to ask for a refund they took my name and phone number to get a free sandwich on my next order. No thanks. I have been coming here for some time now and it is always inconsistent.

This is a 2nd time infraction with this location. I ask for two extra mayo packages and when I receive order never in the bag. Call Courtney (manager) and she wants to argue and tell me a situation she had at McDonald’s. I’m calling Jimmy Johns about my order. Courtney the manager is very rude and no type of customer service. Not allowing me to explaining and consecutively over talking me. Will never come back this location due to her poor customer service of management!!!

This is an average Jimmy John’s location. Some of the staff was somewhat mixed in terms of customer service when I came in, but it seems that the manager was very friendly. I’m not a regular Jimmy John’s customer because it always surprises me how expensive the sandwiches are, but worth a try if you haven’t been. The store was not busy at all during the evening, and the dining area was clean! Also a note to beware, if you’re vegetarian, there’s really only one option for you – The Veggie. It’s really good with sprouts!

Love all the employees, so nice and helpful. The restaurant is so clean and sandwiches are always perfect. Their delivery is freaky fast and perfect every time. I see that their lunches are always busy and they work so hard to get to everyone on time. The managers are all so nice and accommodating! Love this Jimmy Johns and only get my JJs here even if I am 5 hours away! Anything for this JJs! Keep up the good work!

I live on 5 mile and N. territorial. Which is a mile away from the store. They won’t deliver because I am out of their delivery range. Which in reading another person post makes me wonder if they even have a delivery options or is everything out of their range. The customer service at this place is horrible. After finding out that they don’t delivery and going to place a pick up order, I was hung up on. When I called back the girl acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. On top of that you can’t get your freaking hot peppers on the side. What kind of place doesn’t allow you to get something on the side. RIDICULOUS!!

order took way longer than expected. wasn’t out for delivery for thirty minutes and then took an additional forty or so to deliver when I only had one sandwhich and was a mile and a half away. I get places can be busy but for having the motto freaky fast waiting for over an hour especially 40 for delivery was ridiculous
