Not very crowded when we went in and out of some key menu items (pasta). A little overpriced for the quality (10$ for 6 mozz sticks, If you get marinara and ranch dipping sauce it’ll cost you extra). Pizza was good. Crispy pan style crust.

I had no idea it existed. I just stumbled upon it when I stopped to make a call. To my great luck I walked in at 2pm asked to make an order and sat down. People were super friendly and the pizza was fantastic. My favorite part is the restaurant is filled with personal belongings of Fred Bear, even his last car! Such a cool place, I will be stopping by again.

This is a medium 8 slice 3-topping pizza, $20. We had higher expectations when ordering. Will likely not be back for this price. It’s like a personal size. Can’t imagine how much it would cost to feed a family.

We were driving up to Mackinac and decided to stop for some pizza. We really liked it – very tasty pizza and koala sticks (cheesesticks). Service was fast and they have an interesting atmosphere – there’s a car in the restaurant! We’d absolutely stop there again.

Wonderful little place in Grayling, MI. My wife and I got the small BLT pizza which was very good, all of the Bear archery decor everywhere was super cool, it just seemed at the time we came in, maybe like 3p on Sunday afternoon, we were being a tad rushed. It’s fine to mention if you’re closing soon.

Used to be great. Last 3 times I called to place a takeout order 2 hours before closing they said they were “no longer taking orders” because they were “slammed”. Don’t know if I will allow them to disappoint me again.

Great simple local pizza place to eat in or take out. Took maybe 15 minutes to get both 10″ pizzas (Kodiak on left and Alaskan on the right). Both tasted great! Not the best pizza we’ve had but it definitely beat the other pizza in the area. The best part was seeing how cheesy it was by having to pull the pieces apart super far just to separate fully! The rustic homage to Fred Bear (very famous bow archer) was a very nice touch too

Pizza had amazing crust with just the right amount of toppings baked to perfection. The spaghetti and meat balls got 2 thumbs up from my hubby he didn’t talk the entire meal it was that good he says. He also enjoyed all the Fred Bear memorabilia. Had the sweetest waitress, too.

I have been going to Bear’s Den Pizzeria for as long as I can remember. When you can order the pizza, it is great, but it’s a big WHEN you can order. They will frequently take the phone off the hook so as to not have to take phone orders if they are busy. Today (4th of July weekend), I waited in line (because the phone was off the hook) for 15 mins to be told that the pizza would take 90+ mins to cook. I witnessed the manager appear to have a meltdown and the 4 or 5 line cooks could be heard saying things like I have a ticket from 3 hrs ago do I still need to cook it? Customers were walking behind the counter trying to get an ETA on their food. It looks like the owner reads these reviews so I hope he address these issues or I don’t see how this great Grayling restaurant will stay open much longer.

Wow! Phenomenal! This place is immaculately clean, and you can even look into the kitchen from the outside, it is spotless. Fred Bear themed. Lots of cool memorabilia to enjoy. We got the 18″ “100 pounder” 100 Pepperoni’s and a Lb of cheese. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Servers were terrific. Can’t wait to take our friends back there, and it’s only 6 miles from our home in Grayling.
