This is probably the best Domino’s we’ve ever ordered from. We’re from out of town and was traveling through so we placed an order online for pick up and it was ready within 12 minutes. The dominos in Gladewater is under new management and the new staff is great. I ordered a pizza and the new cheddar bacon tots and it was ready in 15 minutes and it was hot. The new staff greeted me when I walked in the door. They took care of me and made sure everything was correct. I can’t complain but I would encourage everyone to give it another try for the new staff and the new management team.

Great Dominos store and open till 11:00pm, which is later than any other places for food in Gladewater. They always get my order correct and have a convenient pick-up window, so you don’t even have to get dressed, except waist up.

I bought pizza from here to quell the burning desire of drinking gasoline after my wife left me and subsequently the kids too. Much to my dismay i was gifted with this fine craftsmanship of a delectable Italian dish. with a rush to the door and a swipe at my car keys i was back at the store lickity split sparing nobody whom dared cross my path red light or speed limits. Brandon greeted me at the front door. He was my knight and the oven was his glorious steed. after describing my issue and returning the abortion gone wrong. Brandon delicately grabbed my hand in his and assured me we would get through this together. within 10 minutes we had successfully seeded another small cheese with jalapeno and pineapple. this one looked so much better than the last i had nearly feinted in astonishment. the fact a minimum wage worker was able to replicate an order in such a perfect fashion left me speechless. i offered Brandon payment in the form of a ride in my 1984 buick regal which he politely declined. i highly request anyone whom order from this establishment request only from Brandon as everyone else is nowhere near perfect

I usually love Dominos pizza but this was awful! It was so dry no one in my house would eat it. We could have really used all of our sodas they forgot to wash this down. Today’s lunch was a total waste of $57.

Listen Linda, Listen! I love ordering from here. Food is always hot and well cooked. I prefer this over Pizza Hut any day. The flavors from Dominos are much superior than Pizza Hut in my opinion. Let’s not even bring Little Ceasars into this debate. I don’t eat cardboard. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza is lit fam, fr fr, ong (Or whatever it is the children say, no cap!). This be straight up bussin’.

This domino’s is a joke and can’t give feedback when you take it back up there they block you from giving negative feedback, I have gotten chicken Alfredo a couple of times with 1/4 of normal in it and burnt to a crisp and they still send it out, they don’t check it at all

My family and I went through the drive through to place a quick order at 9:30 last night (Friday August 20th, 2021) and saw several employees in the back of the store outside smoking out of a pipe. While placing an order with the manager Nathaniel at the drive through window, we were told we could only have one small order of chicken wings due to “A chicken shortage.” After placing the order, we were told by the manager Nathaniel that it would be one hour before our order is ready. I asked why it would be an hour when he has several employees in the back smoking a pipe. Nathaniel stated “I’m letting them take a break because we had a big rush and there is several orders coming in right now.” There were no customers at the store, and Nathaniel never looked at his computer to validate the “Several orders coming in right now.” We left and went to Pizza Hut right down road and placed an order the same way and they were closing within 15 minutes. Pizza Hut happily made our order and had it to us within 10 minutes and also stated they had not heard of a chicken shortage. We will never use Dominoes again. The one star does not do it justice as it should be zero stars, but you must choose a star level to post.
