This is literally the worst McDonalds locations I’ve ever visited. Food is never hot, fries are always cold and soggy and they almost never get an entire order right. They also constantly forget to give you items you have ordered. I live 2 minutes away but will gladly drive the extra few minutes up the road to the other Bel Air location. Avoid this place at all costs.

$9 for 2 small burgers, small fry, and small drink. Kinda pricey post-covid I guess. Almost the only person in the dining area (not counting families in the play area). Tables and floors not totally clean. The bun on one of the burgers was old and dried out. Fries were warm, but not fresh.

Got our drinks and appetizers very quickly. Kids ordered shakes and they came out in glasses and also brought out the mixing cup with the extra ice cream which kids loved. All of our food was good and we they came around a couple of times to check on drinks and fry refills.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for about nearly a year now and honestly I thought maybe I was just coming in at bad times, but honestly it’s just gotten bad. I always place online orders so that way I can get the deals, and I always order for the counter, but for some reason the crew in the afternoon keep closing the lobby like insanely early. Like it’s make sense if they were closing at like 9 and maybe 8, but they’re closing as early as 6-7PM. This is getting obscene and been happening for months now. Their lobby hours are always contradicted, and they always make up a new excuse each time. I think I’m just going to visit a different McDonald’s that actually lets me sit down.
