Ordered 8 subs. Subs were good and ready on time. Not sure what the point of having a place to put the name of the person the sub is for when ordering on the website but then no writing the name on the bag. Had 3 very similar ham and cheese subs that we had to open to figure out who they went to. The only sub with a name was the only hot sub so we didn’t really need a name on that one.

Ordered today subs and didn’t get it on the bread I requested also payed for extra meat , bacon and cheese and didn’t get the extras. This is the second time it’s happened not happy with the Jersey Mike’s in Jackson. Considering I spent 100.00 on four subs I wish they would deliver a great product, might consider not ever getting any subs from this location anymore

I arrived 833 pm to Jackson NJ location and they tried to tell me the slicer is clean and they won’t make me any sandwiches. They close 9 pm. This is Entirely unacceptable. A customer shouldn’t have to motivationally speak your staff into doing their job while you’re open for another half hour. I hope the franchise owner reads this

Ordered plain cheesesteak, has little to no cheese and half of the sandwhich hardly had any meat. The kids here have no direction or training and give terrible service. Not the first time I’ve had a bad order from here. Also in person customer service is disgraceful. Walked in the last time to get food for my family and got nothing but an attitude from the men behind the counter. Next time I go in there will not be pretty so I suggest you eat somewhere else.

Felt Ripped off! Not only have I been a customer for over 20 years. I also worked at this location in HS. I can understand the situation in the world today, which is why when this location significantly increased their prices, it did not bother me a bit. I have felt Jersey Mikes are the best subs, great bread, meat, and toppings pilled high, so worth the price. However, recently I noticed that this location has started skimping. I let it go the first time think the kid behind the counter was just new, but the last time the manager cut the meats. Rather than pilled high, there were literal gaps in meat and toppings on the sandwich. How dare you raise the prices 20% and then cheat the customer. You should be ashamed of yourself for insulting the Jersey Mike’s name. I will be going to Howell until this is corrected.
