The new building is very nice! I am so impressed with the change to the Veggie Deluxe…adding the cream cheese and everything seasoning put it over the top. I added bacon and it was perfect. The only improvement I can suggest, my daughters regular size beef sandwich, no cheese, had barely any beef. The staff is always very nice at all locations we will come again.for sure

Yikes! Is this what a 2022 Beef a Roo looks like! No theme, no interest, no personality, no link to the brand other than god awful lime green trim. OMG, this place sucks. No booths, no decorations, etc. bland, bland, bland. My guess, it was “designed” by a committee or a totally boring person on a shoestring budget. Probably primarily a drive up in concept but it’s simply a drive by in reality. Food is OK though, but likely that’ll change too. The new owners must be proud.

Super friendly staff. It’s a newer location so it’s in good shape and very clean. Portions keep getting smaller and prices keep increasing but flavor is still good. Unfortunately my last trip I got the buffalo chicken and there was only one small dab of sauce. There was so much mayo you honestly couldn’t taste the buffalo.

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Arrived home to eat it and realized they failed to put any Buffalo Sauce on it. Get it together. Beef a Roo has really gone downhill over the years.

Tried it for the first time tonight. Had a double Smashburger cheeseburger. Reading the stories and hearing about them on the news, the concept of the Smashburger is new to this particular Beef A Roo franchise. Found out from a friend tonight that this is supposed to be going to the others as well. I decided tonight to try one. I generally put all my new hamburger experiences up against Five Guys, and this one beats out Five Guys. If you’re a burger lover like me, you’ll definitely have to have a Smashburger from this Beef a Roo. I guarantee you’re going to love it. Take it from me Mr foodie. This sandwich, like the kids say, is definitely off the hook. It was made fresh, and boy was it juicy. haven’t enjoyed a good burger in Rockford like this for a long time from a fast food joint. Generally, you’ve got to go to a bar and get a bar burger to have something like this. Again, five stars. My new fast food go to burger joint. Others are complaining about the decor, yes there was a lack of but why do you go to a restaurant for the decor or the food? Doesn’t bother me at all. Without all the Clutter and everything the place looks very clean. The staff was awesome!

This is my least favorite Beef A Roo. The parking lot is a nightmare, the interior is completely bare, and it’s very tiny and loud. If the drive thru line has 3 people in it, you can’t back out of your parking spot.

We are Beef-a-Roo fans, but this was our first visit to this new location. The food quality was consistent with other locations, and the interior is clean and bright. It has a smaller seating area, but plenty of space at the time we were there.

This beef a roo is small. I was shocked with just one garbage can. Everybody seemed friendly there. My son doesn’t like there chicken strips there. He said they taste different.
