Some of the rudest people work here. They make mistakes but the customer is wrong. Either do you job right or admit that you can’t do simple tasks that a trained moneky would do better. Oak Ridge is the only location that not only gets my order absolutely correct every time, they are also consistently good. They take a few extra seconds to mix up the iced drinks with a spoon which makes much more of a difference than you’d think. I’m at this location almost every day.

Hi my name is Sheldon. I live on oak ridge road and am 71. I like this Dunkin’ but the workers are not giving their full effort. I called 6 times as I had a question about a seasonal product and received no answer, then I drove down to the store parked and called on my flip phone while I was in Line as I could not believe it. I watched the phone ring from inside the Dunkin and not one employee went to pick it up, but they just stared at it. I was so upset I asked my granddaughter to help me write this review.

I walked in and expected a horrifying wait but no an employee named Trevor absolutely brightened my day. With such delicate touch he made my coffee amazingly quick and delicious. Excellent place to go after one (or several) heavy bong rips. Their coffee, mixed with the glorious headspace several hits of a good sativa strain gives me, is an unprecedented indulgence! Absolutely euphoric! I like the munchkins too. They have marching munchkin mannequins that actually speak!

I generally give Dunkin Donuts 2 stars because the donuts taste good, before any unpleasant feelings kick in. Other than that, their “food” is garbage and their “coffee” is beyond terrible. I can’t recall ever getting a cup that was good. The biggest cause is that the same order never comes out the same. It’s unpredictable and ends up disgusting. I’m a big coffee drinker and Dunkin Donuts is not a place I would ever recommend for a good cup of coffee.
