I was the only customer in the store during dinner Saturday – completely dead – and they still effed up my order despite me repeating it twice, said she’d charge me more to give me what I had already ordered. They were also very rude for a store with no customers. Avoid this weird, dead restaurant and go somewhere better. Also too expensive for garbage food!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! When I say this was the WORST orange chicken I’ve ever had, I mean that. I knew it from the moment I walked in and seen it, I even addressed it with the lady up front and she ignored my concerns. So I went home attempted to try it hoping it tasted better than it looked, and was completely disappointed. The chicken was bland with no taste, minimal sauce, and was just down right gross. I called back to either get a refund or an exchange for possibly another kind of chicken hoping it would be prepared better. The lady specifically stated “you ordered that chicken so it’s your problem. You cannot get an exchange.” And then hung up in my face. I will NEVER go back here again. I went against my intuition ignoring all the negative comments and decided to give them a chance anyway just to be disappointed. WORST food and WORST service thus far.

Ugh…. non food boxes/stock stored in the dining area, limited food choices, very soggy broccoli, drink fountain machine not working, bottled soft drink from a cooler that’s not cooling, no cup of ice offered – all for just $14 dollars and some change. Food was edible but that’s about all I can say about it.

First time here. I was a lil worried at first was no customers there. But employees was nice and the food was really great. I got the Dragon and Phoenix.

I had the sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice. It was so basic the rice was bland. I also ordered fried pork dumpling those were ok. Good flavor, I have had better dipping sauce. There was a regular in the store when I ordered. She explained their noodles were the best in the city. She got them house style and I was intrigued. She said she eats there once a week. If I return I will try the noodles. Especially since that dish received rave reviews.

The chicken in garlic sauce and crab ragoons were very good. I really liked that they put a lot of veggies in their fried rice compared to other places!

I really hate to do this to Ping Pong but I will not be returning. Found a hair baked into the chicken, not just laying on top which is bad in itself, but literally going in one side and coming out of the other. I guess you get what you pay for ‍♀️ ‍♀️

Finally I found a Chinese food place in North Carolina that makes amazing moo goo gai pan. I have tried many Chinese places in town with great disappointment. I finally have my favorite Chinese food again. Thank you ping pong Cafe.
