Had a call in order so I go in to get order and pay the bill the girl tells me to give her 2-3 minutes waiting on the fries I say cool no problem. I take my drinks to the car and come back in and wait and after 10 minutes of waiting and me noticing all the young employees are just sitting at the bar talking with all their friends that are eating at the bar and then come to find out my fries had (obviously) been done for the past 10 minutes but the cook just left them in the basket then goes back to talking with his friends at the bar and the girl is also talking with her friends at the other end of the bar while I’m sitting there waiting and mind you I had already paid AND left a tip on a call in order and then that’s the service I receive. The food was good no complaints there but these kids need supervision and are going to run this business into the ground.

Food is as to be expected when a giant man-child is the “manager”. He is also the owner’s son. He also makes the kids split tips with him. I overheard the kids talking about it. I thought that was against the law..? The restaurant is filthy and the wait time is ridiculous. I will never be setting foot in that establishment again. I wonder if their other restaurant is run the same? Vailhouse is also the same owners.

Service and experience here was awful. Waited on fries for 15 minutes after i called my food in 30 minutes before. I pay almost $30 for two salads. When i get back and see the salad i got. Its less than what you get as a side salad quantity and when i call the manager there about it he starts yelling at me that he made the salad and what i got is what i got. That if i wanted a better quantity i need to go to the grocery store for it.

This location needs adult supervision. Over the past couple of years, the teenage staff has lowered service and order accuracy to lows not usually seen except in the global franchise joints. And if you make an mistake and the customer isn’t smiling about it, it looks really bad when the entire staff hides behind the counter wall and they push one person out to hand them the corrected order. Also, the entire time I was there, not one person left the counter area to check the on customers sitting at the tables. Tell the staff I threw it in the trash on the way out and bought lunch somewhere else. The last time I made a carryout order here I had a similar experience. Again, you need adult supervision at this location. For the price people pay for the food here, $11 for a burger and fries, it ought to be possible to hire an adult supervisor.

Let’s talk about Mr Blake the manager for 40 years at this establishment. Very rude I must say. I purchased lunch for my entire office and he basically rip me off. Giving me a side salad in a full salad container and when I called to speak with him the very most rude person ever.

Absolutely filthy in here. Currently sitting here, already ordered food, so I’m waiting and while looking around I notice it is so so so filthy in here. I want to cancel my order and leave but unfortunately I’m here with two hungry kids. When I came in a few months ago I noticed how dirty it was and said I’d never be back that time – should’ve listened to myself.

Food was not good at all. The burger was dry, lettuce was wilted,even the ketchup tasted soured. Although the have taps the only beer they had was bottled. The temperature in the building felt like it was 80 degrees. Definitely do not recommend!

Ordered, ate. It was good. As we sat and ate, we noticed how filthy this place is. 1105am, opened at 1100am. Ketchup on the walls, napkin holders, ketchup bottles and floor. When was the last time the brooms were used? High chairs super dirty. Bathrooms filthy, like not cleaned in weeks. So I looked in the kitchen. Wow. Just look at the front of the cooler drawers. Eiw. I hope we don’t get sick. Four or five employees standing around playing on their phones could be cleaning. Whoever closed last night is trash as a manager.

This is a great little place to eat it’s near the hospital the burgers and fries are excellent you get to customize your burger I really enjoyed that aspect it reminds me in a way of a more localized version of five guys I highly recommend 10 out of 10!
