The cashier took the order correctly, so I’m not sure why the cook decided to add a TON of onions to my cheese fries. Didn’t ask for onions, don’t like them on my fries. The location wasn’t busy, either, so there’s really no excuse. Based on all the other reviews here too, I’d dine elsewhere.

The customer service Representatives at this location work entirely too hard due to inoperable equipment and being short staffed. Most places you frequent, the customer service representatives are angry and disheveled due to not having the equipment or products in order to serve the clientele appropriately. These young people were so happy that someone appreciated their hard work in trying to maintain a business with the broken down equipment. Someone needs to be observant enough in corporate office in order to help out these young individuals that are working 10 times as hard as the next Sonic employee because of the lack of equipment and Staffing in order to serve the public efficiently!

Worked here for nine months as a manager, and was never properly trained, not to mention the GM doesn’t care for her staff only her bonus and she told the night shift to sell moldy hot dogs and rotten bananas. The ice cream machine never gets cleaned, the soda fountains don’t get cleaned, and the building is riddled with mold. 0/10 do not recommend

Wow just wow, will not ever stop again. Ordered a number 1 with fries and a drink. The young man taking the order could literally not get it correct. Had to repeat the order numerous times before he could even get get it correct. Even after he repeated the order back he still got it wrong. While sitting waiting for my order, the car hops tried to bring other peoples orders to me several different times. People around were getting out of there cars trying to see if it was there order. After getting orders out to people they were completely wrong. Never in my life have I seen such a disorganized and completely incompetent sonic..I think management needs to retrain staff or hire new. What a circus…

I ordered the burger on toast,with the onion ring on it. Well, it didn’t have an onion ring on it at all and the hamburger meat had a weird taste to it. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried Sonic in Oklahoma city, and they were all different locations, and I will not ever be going back. At least not in OKC. I have never had such awful food as I have had at the Sonics in OKC. I don’t know where ur getting ur hamburger meat from but I would find somewhere else to buy it. ( I used to go to the Sonic in Roland, OK. and it was delicious.) Hmmm!

The food was terrible. It didn’t even have a taste. We ordered two bacon burgers. There wasn’t even any bacon on them and the lettuce was like the core of the lettuce which was yellowed in a very thin slice of tomato. It actually had no taste, no flavoring or anything.
