Very mixed experience. I went at nighttime when it was dark and it was super sketchy. Their big Wendy’s sign out front is broken so it doesn’t light up. The lights in the lobby were off so the place looked closed even though it was during their hours. I tried the drive thru anyway and they were indeed open. This location seems super old and in need of updating, it felt creepy/sketchy. Staff was very nice/polite and got me the food quickly. Maybe too quickly though? It didn’t taste fresh at all. Everything was ice cold by the time I got home to eat it, and I only live a 5 minute drive away. I had to reheat my food to eat it only 5 minutes after I’d just gotten it. Also it was $11 for a double cheeseburger and some fries. Not even a combo. That’s like five guys money.

The worst fast food experience I’ve had in a decade. No ice for drinks, out of orange soda (which my kids wanted), fries were cold and soggy. The worker at the drive thru was nice enough. The location is sad and gross, should just close it if not going to fix anything that’s broken.

1st off walk to counter to order woman behind counter walks away. Kid in dining area slowly walked to the registers after about 3 minutes knowing he had to go in and take my order. When he lats my burger and fries on tray he says wait you get a drink. We have no ice..that ok with you? Really? It kinda has to be right? Ice machine broken and they can’t make an effort to buy ice to have for their customers drinks? It’s was 330pm. Burger was the sloppily made..more ketchup than burger and fries were cold. Why didn’t I say anything or complain? Does it sound like any one would have cared? Never go there again
