First time I had eaten Jimmy John’s , my son had an eye appointment and he wanted to buy me lunch. I ordered Big John, I was disappointed it only had 2 pieces of roast beef on it and I was charged for the provolone cheese. At least my son enjoyed his chicken wrap, my lunch was 2 pieces of roast beef on a french roll! We spent more than $25 on two sandwiches and drinks. I’ll Never waste money there again. The staff was nice but said they could only put that amount on it??

I order through Doordash and it was 20 minutes later than estimated arrival. On top of that we didn’t get our drinks and got an extra sandwich. I called the store to ask for my money back on the drinks and was told my only option was to get it delivered or come pick them up.Never ordering from here again!

It’s a Jimmy John’s…no more no less. The service is fast. I occasionally get a Spicy Italian. My friend didn’t like the quality of his Cuban and isin’t going back. I have to mention I think the bread is very good. Among the very limited lunch options downtown it’s above average.

I ordered my meal at 12:29 today. It arrived at 3:08. About 1/3 of my drink had spilled out. When I got halfway through eating my tuna fish sandwich, I bit into something that tasted awful bad. I would assume that tuna fish sat on the counter, not refrigerated for nearly 3 hours. When I called the store, someone answered, but put me on eternal hold. I called back, several times, but it just rang forever. I paid for food I couldn’t eat, and a drink that I didn’t get all of. Unbelievable.

They deliver to my job and any time it’s been slightly wrong (ice in my drink when I order it without ice) they have offered to replace it or fix it. Otherwise, all their delivery drivers are nice and food is usually here within an hour. I have had to wait over an hour but they have always apologized. (The whole world is short-staffed, being compassionate & empathic is free). I order from them multiple times a week as an 8-5-er. Us gals at Big D appreciate yall very much!

The sandwich is good but the delivery is so slow… I work right down the street downtown and it took over an hour to get my food. I’d rather make my own food and pay a fraction and eat when I want than to pay for an already expensive sandwich that shows up more than an hour after I ordered it.
