The ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ belongs to ONLY the driver who was ABSOLUTELY, the KINDEST, POLITE, UNDERSTANDING & EXCEPTING. This just so happens to be the 2nd time I felt like I ran into an issue, that might make it more difficult for the driver. My first incindent was I only had bill larger then $20.00 dollars, so that entire order was…I belive paid in full with the change from couch cushion, not only am I embarrassed about the whole entire situation, THAN the driver , that just so happens to be this same very driver, returns with a positive additude, very contagious smile and the UP-MOST KINDNESS & understanding I’ve seen for the first time-in along time.

I ordered 3 large pizzas from this Dominos. A house full of guests for my daughters birthday. They arrived but were burnt. I did not discover this until my guests had dished up. I called to get replacements sent and was told they could not replace them since some of my guests had dished up. Also refused to give me a credit for them. Worst pizza ever! and worse customer service!!!

Ive been going to this location for about 2 years now, up until recently they were really good, very prompt and never got my order wrong. Now all of a sudden they’re taking more than an hour to deliver my food, and this time they sent me BBQ wings instead of the plain wings I ordered… Idk whats going on in there but they’ve suddenly gone downhill and its very sad to see

Hands down the worst service I have ever had at any hospitality service in my life. Order never arrived and when I called was given a poor excuse and they wouldn’t even offer to remake the order or provide a refund and they promptly hung up. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as will my friends that were over expecting a nice evening watching football.

Domino’s in general but especially the new downtown location has stepped it’s game all the way up in recent years! Its very nice, very big feeling for pizza place, complete with ability to watch every step of the process! Feel can’t go wrong with the take out deals and using the app to get those pts toward a free one! Great job with the complete all around upgrade in downtown Spokane!!!
