Very nice and polite staff working. Excellent customer service. I ordered a customized vegetarian biscuit for me, the guy in the kitchen made really delicious and he added some extra vegetables as a token of greet and offered a drink as well. Whenever I come back here, I will surely like to make a stop here again. 5 STARS

Same Arby’s as everywhere, Except the portions are tiny. Small is kids menu sized, but full adult prices. They don’t take Arby’s Rewards either “because they’re Pilot”…..save some $$ and head for the ‘Arches’. Added a star because employees seemed friendly.

Hit the drive through at noon, ordered the wagyu beef only to be told we didn’t have time to make it. I asked how long until they would have it ready and was told the same thing. The store had been open for 5 hours, and when I pulled up to window could tell they didn’t have time cause it was employee social time.

Stood there while Devon played with his phone and broom behind the wall so people couldn’t see him. When I moved over and he saw me he continued texting then walked up to counter and said we are closed. But right before me he took a guys order. You have a great employee there Arby’s/Pilot. I will never stop here again.

They have changed the sizes for the curly fries. What used to be small is now snacksize, What used to be medium is now small. And what used to be large is now medium. They won’t tell you unless you ask why it’s such a small serving. Bad business!!

Shout out to the service here! The register went down at the front desk, so the drive-through server took our orders quickly instead of making us wait until the register was switched over to the other. They started working on our food before we actually ordered also.

Slowest service in the area for food. Workers seem less than happy and appear short handed lots of times. Working up the road for the last 3 years leaves this as one of few options out this way. Unfortunately it never seems to change.
