I was 7 minutes early for my pickup order on 5/11. When I checked in, I acknowledged I was a bit early and knew it might be a couple of minutes, but just wanted to let them know I made it in.

I ordered my sandwich and really all I got was more bread than meat… I called to see if they could remake it and he said that’s how made.. I paid 14 bucks for french bread and 3 slices of turkey.. 3! I ate bread for lunch. I was hoping it would be fixed and remade, but all they offered was not to hollow out the bread. Which in retrospect still meant more bread than meat. So I just won’t be bringing my business here anymore and they don’t care, all he said was “ok, have a good day.”

Ridiculous, slow service. Staff couldn’t handle the orders. Tickets got out of order and people that walked up & ordered got their food before the people waiting 15+ minutes. That’s on top of waiting behind app orders. No when we went up to question where our order was and then asked for a refund, suddenly they found our order ticket. Paid $30 for 2 sandwiches, 1 bag of chips & 1 drink.

I ordered my food at 12:13 and my food was then out for delivery at 12:26. I never received my food, when I called they said it was delivered just like I had asked. When I talked to our security at work and my supervisor nobody from Jimmy John’s had come. I was a loyal customer to this location but after being lied to I will not be returning and I will tell everyone that I work with or encounter that is looking for something to eat not to order from them.

I got Jimmy Johns tonight and the order was running a little behind. I didn’t mind because it’s a Saturday night and I know how busy it gets. I’m assuming it was the manager, but they gave me a call before my order came out and told me that they were busy, their driver was just getting back, and had ran out of the bread I had ordered and asked if I was okay with changing it instead of just bringing me what they had without asking first. Simple good customer service, but much appreciated professionalism.

When you show up with a large order trying to feed a group unexpectedly after a death in the family and the workers tell you that they don’t have enough bread to fulfill my order of 7 large sandwiches, as I’m looking at 6+ sheets of ready bread. “We might run out”. Unacceptable customer service.

We have been to this location numerous times and have always had a very good experience!! The sandwiches that we have ordered have all been correct, ready VERY quickly and taste really good. I personally am a big fan of the unwich where they replace the bread with lettuce. It is a little messier to eat, but they do a good job of wrapping it up which does help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty sandwich, prepared exactly how you ordered and ready in no time!

Never ordering again. Spoke with a “manager” Lauren who hung up on me. My husband picked up his sandwich and it had literally bread and cheese. She told me it would be an hour for delivery for a new sandwich. So much for freaky fast. This customer service was absolutely atrocious.
