I come to this location maybe bi-weekly. Food is pretty good. Seems like the common denominator is the customer service. Came inside to eat and and when I got to the counter, Lizbeth greeted me with an eyebrow raise and nod. No “hello”, “how are you”, “welcome to burger king” or not even a, “what would you like to order.” After I had placed my order, she literally tore the receipt from the printer, crumpled it up right in front of me and through it in the garage without even asking if I wanted my receipt. Not a word after placing my order. Maybe a, “have a nice day,” or “enjoy” would have been nice. Absent of basic customer service skills. That being said, customer service definitely needs some work. Other than that, not too shabby.

Burger King has not grasped the meaning of fast food. The ones in my city will take your order and ask you to wait around the corner for at least 10 mins or more. Online orders are privy to the same service. The food is what it is though and it’s hot the majority but the slow service is what stops me from going more often.

Please hire a new crew these people are rude and nasty. Came for a whopper at 10:30 at night and im sitting in the drive thru five minutes waiting for a response from anyone. No disrespect cause I’m Latino but they letting Mexicans that speak no English run it and they don’t care about customer service! Shut this place down or hire a new management!

Not as clean as you’d hope. Got our order wrong and then made it sound like it was our fault that the food didn’t match the ticket on the bag! BK needs to up their game if they want to stick around. They have better flavor than the rest, but service, quality and cleanliness rule!

I just had the worse experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. So I submitted an online Order at 10:53 and paid. I go to the drive thru and I’m saying hello and no response, even though while I was putting my order through a car had just gone in front of me, so I wasn’t suspicious much, felt off but I just decided I’ll go to the window, two cars are in front me , after both cars I serve I pull up to the window, and I wait and wait and wait it is now 11:16, no one has come out to talk to me and I’m getting really upset and I can see them moving all about in there. I had to get out of my car and knock on the window, still I had to wait before someone finally came to the window, just to tell me that their closed. By this time I am highly upset because I cannot believe that these could not even acknowledge that I was outside of the window, no one to come say, hello ma’am were closed. That would have been decent customer service. Then I wouldn’t have been so upset, when I proceed to ask what to do about my order, that I have already paid for. She shook her, she don’t know but their closed, then left and never came back.

Manager was rude.. I tried to upgrade to a large soda with a coupon deal…this has been done several times at different locations including this location.. He read me the riot act when I asked why?? How hard is it to uncharted for a larger soda… he uncharted me for extra cheese.. Just a rude experience. Tried calling the number in the photo but it is always busy.

Oh my God I ordered my food took 20 min when I was only customer in there. Then my chicken sandwich was horrible and I almost died trying to make it to the bathroom. So if you like friendly service and a chicken sandwich that will put you on the toilet for an hour after you stomach it down enjoy.
