To be honest I have been complaining about food ratio its miserable portion of food, I already ask the lady there and she went quickly to let know the manager and she came and told me that’s the Right portion of food and she was being rude, I stop buying from this 23rd panda express. I like this chain of restaurants for cleanliness, reasonable prices and quality of food. But there are also minor shortcomings, such as the food is tasty, but most likely it is cooked in the oil itself, so it is sometimes too fatty, this applies to meat dishes. And one more tip don’t buy if you are very hungry because you might eat more than you can)))

I had to wait 10 min for the Beyond Orange Chicken for one of my order’s. My other order was insufficient in portions of Beef in my Beef n Broccoli. And they were out of Sweet n Sour Sauce. Cream Cheese Ragons and Beijing Beef. And there were plenty of burnt fragments from the grill on my onion’s.

The broccoli beef TASTED like cigarettes were cooked in side it! EXACTLY LIKE AN ASHTRAY!!!! It didn’t taste like charred meat, but nicotine IN the meat!!!! I threw up in my car!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Funny that I came here to pickup an online order. Called the store because the lobby was closed and the drive through was super super long. Finally got a hold of someone and they said they can’t open the door since the doors were locked. Even after confirming my order was ready. I literally see my food dying on the counter. The humorous part, is that right after I got off the phone. Some woman let there boyfriend inside the “closed lobby” and displayed PDA in front of everyone. But hey, at least their boyfriend was able to come in, while my food sits and gets colder. Currently still in the drive through after 20 minutes.This Panda is fantastic! ”Can you read the sarcasm”

Never have I been to a restaurant where they start listing the things they have. They didn’t have anything on their menu and were still a couple hours away from closing. I understand the staff didn’t want to drop new food, but that’s their job. Why offer food on a menu that can’t be ordered because the staff is too lazy to cook it?
