The food I ordered basically was flavorless. The service I couldn’t hardly understand or hear what he was saying. I was very disappointed, the smell made me think that the food was going to fantastic. So disappointed. I purchased small Philly cheese steak, 6pcs of sweet teriyaki boneless chicken combo. It’s not on the menu below so I added it here. Definitely not worth the money. Chicken was flavorless and hard.

The person taking our order was rude and short… he had his back to us wiping down the counter telling me to go ahead and order…wth??? After spending $49.00 on our food for 4 sandwiches and 1 mozzarella sticks he called my order # and tried handing our food to the customer that ordered after us… I said that’s mine and took the bag and started leaving when i noticed there was only 3 sandwiches in the bag… i returned and he asked if everything was okay…i said idk… i checked the bag and i was missing a sandwich… i was already feeling regret for doing business with this individual and therefore pretty rude myself…. he handed me our missing sandwich apologized but again i was done at that point and i just left….it’s amazing how customer service affects EVERYTHING…. I will never again go back… Parmas food is much better, not as expensive and their customer service ROCKS!!!
