7/2023 5* Clean place. Had what I wanted. Still wish the donuts were bigger. But that is all Dunkin’s. Got a sandwich to go. The Sourdough Sandwich. It was pretty good. A bit dry. Needed a little sauce or something on it. But the bread was tasty and the sandwich filled my belly while on the road. I would get it again. But probably ask for some sort of sauce on it next time.

I want to give kudos to this Dunkin and all their workers. I brought my 5 dogs through the drive thru and it was the most pleasant experience. The workers went above and beyond and made the dogs (and me) very happy. I will definitely be coming through here more often.

Well let me start off by the score . It’s Dunkin’ so sometimes you get lucky and get in and out at this location the hot food never had a problem with freshness yet but the donuts somebody ain’t happy with their job and they seem to be over cooked or just plain getting old / stale quick. But I’m gonna have to go with who is making the donuts but this location it’s very open and clean with a great atmosphere just need to work on them donuts a bit better

Staff were rude/condescending & food was cold. I have visited this location before & prior visit my coffee order was incorrect. The current staff are incompetent & should all be fired. I would not be so harsh in saying this except for the fact that the staff could care less in losing a customer & were actually jovial about it to my face.

I went to the dunkin at around 7am and I was highly disappointed in the service. They can’t ever seem to get an order right. The lady on the speaker was so ignorant and rude!! When I pulled up to the window I’m assuming it was the same old lady because she had the same attitude. She kept slamming the window on my face so I pulled around and went inside. When I go inside she was wearing some night time clothes?? It was a very long sweater that was purple/pink that looked so unprofessional. I guess she couldn’t even change. When I approached her she stated she was the manager. WOW DUNKIN DO BETTER. Look out for the manager with blonde nasty hair. I’ve never met someone so careless in a work environment I won’t return.

The guy (manager) at the drive thru was outside arguing with someone with the car in front of us. He went back inside then left the building leaving us sitting there with nobody filling our order. We honked and yelled for someone to come to the drive thru window and they were shocked the guy had left the building. They filled our order as quick as they could and apologized for the delay. The employee (manager) then drove up in his car!

This is my new favorite Dunkin!! We placed a mobile order and I got a cold brew with sweet cold foam. They waited until I got to the window to put the cold foam on my drink! I appreciate that so much because no other Dunkin has ever done that for me! It’s the little things that can make someone’s day!! To the morning crew on 7/11, y’all are killin it!! Much love!

Visited today and brought them home without drinking any since I’m a few blocks away. They short on coffee here for large cups at this location. They permanently lost my business. If I have this issue at other Dunkin’s they’ll lose my business all together and we’ll go to Starbucks. Shout out to Starbucks in the dunkin review section.

I’ve been stopping here weekly with no complaints until today. The guy running the cash register wearing the white sweater was handling cash and the donuts without changing his gloves. Very Unsanitary!!!
