I saw my order sitting on the counter and everytime I tried to ask for it they would ignore me and walk away. And I even saw them talking about the order. And when I finally was able to get their attention there was no apology or anything. She didn’t say a word. Just set it on the counter and walked away.

9SEPT21 Back at the mall, enjoying another SPICY CHICKEN sandwich and waffle fries from Chick-fil-A!!! I eat here every time I go to Chesterfield Town Center. I order my meal and sit in the food court and read a book or “people watch”. The line is usually long but the food is well worth the wait.

Horrible customer service. We ordered one chicken sandwich and grilled nuggets. The 2 girls at the front counter only gave us the chicken sandwich. When asked about the nuggets, they said it’s coming soon. We waited 45 minutes and still nothing while our sandwich sat out cold. It’s understandable that the kitchen is backed up during the holidays. What is unacceptable is the 2 girls giving us an incomplete order and then letting it sit out cold while waiting for the rest of the order. This experience did not just happen to us – while we waited 45 minutes for these nuggets, we watched as they constantly handed out incomplete orders with missing items and let food sit out on the counter cold. We talked to multiple other customers who were complaining about the same things – luckily they ended up getting their complete orders while we did not. We had to demand a refund. Completely unacceptable.

Ordered pick up at the mall, they are not equipped at all to be doing online orders on top of the food court orders. My whole order was messed up and was missing almost half of it. Walked in and asked for my order because it said it was ready in the app and a worker said it wasn’t ready and walked into the back. That worker never came back and so I asked somebody else about my order and they said they would get to it. If it’s ready in the app then it should be ready in store. In the end the worker gave me my food which was actually sitting almost ready for 10 minutes at that point. All it needed was the right drinks, correct sauces, and a medium fry. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes for my food I realized there was incorrect sauces, no fork for the mac and cheese, and that the medium and large fry had the same amount of fries. IF THE FOOD COURT STORE CANNOT HANDLE ONLINE ORDERS DO NOT TAKE ANY. The workers always seem stressed and can’t handle the online orders properly.

Ray is super rude! I was standing at the pick up station trying to get my meal that I seen was ready behind him. I told him my name and he told me the order wasn’t on his screen. When I tried to tell him my order is right behind him he cut me off and put his hand up to shush me and started helping another customer who had just got there, I’ve been waiting over 5 minutes at this point. I proceeded to get in line behind those customers and finally got his attention to get the order that was right behind him the whole time. He offered no apology and overall Ray was just rude.
