This location is seams to be hit or miss. Last visit they were out of most muffins and donuts by 10:15. Walked in this time, just in case of limited options on donuts. The visit was made around 9:15 and the options were limited. The fairly new order taker at the register could use a little more enthusiasm. I went there about a week ago because it’s conveniently near my commute to school and work. However, every time I go to this location the drive thru staff are very unfriendly and not helpful. The older lady in the drive thru window barely acknowledges you even after you greet her. I had trouble getting into my account on the app so I asked if I could park and go inside so I wasn’t holding the line up. She said she couldn’t help me and ignored me so she gets the manager and he asks what’s the problem. I explained the app was giving an error and i didn’t have my wallet so I didn’t have enough to pay that’s why I always have $ on my apps. Then she came back and told me rudely that I needed to move out of the line.

Ordered a coffee today forgot to ask for cream and sugar and even apologized to the drive through worker said I’m sorry can you add some cream and sugar to my coffee? She snatched it out of my hand and said “next time, say that.” With a horrible attitude. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life for a simple request. This girl has no business working anywhere near the public if a simple request of cream and sugar at the window makes her lose her temper.

Terrible location came in ask for a coffee and donut she got the order wrong got me a coffee and a hash brown first she thought I made this mistake so she walked over to her co-worker to ask who was wrong when her co worker verified she was wrong she came back to window and said we’ll it’s the same price anyway I said no it’s not she said we’ll it’s only a 30 cent difference plus we don’t even have that donut and came back with another donut and said we’ll this is what we have . I took it and left just terrible service and called the manager and realize why the workers are the way they are the workers are a reflection of the manager and he was just as bad as the workers wouldn’t advise anyone to come here no point of spending your hard earned money for service like this.

Sweetest older lady in the window!!! The girl making the drinks scoffed when we asked for cinnamon sprinkles on the Cinnamon Crunch drink. She reluctantly took it back from us and barely sprinkled anything on it, as if to say we did not matter, and customer service is not important to her.
