I love my Arby’s but .. the inconsistency across mid Ohio is ridiculous… I have to visit four different stores to get one good drink one good french fry one good sauce and one good sandwich this is crazy ❤️ I want to mention I appreciate the workers. I still eat Arby’s all the time with inconsistent food but I’m grateful for all fast food employees serving me a hot meal. Because I couldn’t handle that job…

Bought a meal through the drive thru around 11 AM, my fries were mediocre temperature, my sweet tea was absolutely repulsive and disgusting with no remaining ice in it, and my cup of cheese was half full (if that) and completely COLD. My sandwich was alright but couldn’t eat the fries or cheese at the temperature they were given to me. Had to dump my drink out and get something else. Just awful.

I ordered a Reuben it wasn’t toasted and the meat and saurerkraut was ice cold. I took it back in and they replaced it, but it was barely toasted and barely warm. There was hardly any sauce on it. I won’t be going there again. It’s a shame because I have always went there for my Reubens.

They close half hour early then what it says online and have an attitude pushed another employee out of the window when he was trying to give us the order food was cold then he slammed the window shut I thought he was gonna break the window that’s how hard he slammed it

My husbandbloves their roast beef sandwiches, we recently fell in love with their chicken mac and cheddar cheese bowls. I have had the gyro also and it lives up. My other experiences of gyro are from traditional Greek cook’s and I find myself continuing to order the gyro at Arby’s
