Sat in drive through no one took my order. Drove up to window then after 10 mins of people passing up the window and standing around on the cell phone someone came up and asked what I want. Then I ordered and the guy with braces tried to short me on my change gave him a twenty and needed 9.20 in change. He gave me a rolled up receipt with 20 cents as if there was money in it and walked off then . I called him back to tell him he owed me change and reluctantly game me my change obviously he’s don’t that before . Trying to pocket change. He has braces be aware.

This is the second time at this location where I requested maiz crust on a specialty pizza and it was a regular crust. This time on the pepperoni pizza the dough was not fully cooked: It was wet on the bottom and raw underneath the cheese and pepperoni.

Ordered on line. Went to pick up the order and gave the name the order was under. The guy shakes his head “no”. I asked if there was a problem. He said he didn’t have any order. I gave the name again and he found it. He steps away and slides 1 pizza box and a box of cheese bread to me. I asked about the other pizza because the order consisted of 2. He says I have to wait for the other one. In the mean time, I ordered 2 orders of chocolate church’s. I get home and I’m missing the marinara sauce that comes with the order and 2 extras for which we paid. I go back to the business and the guy seems annoyed. He hands me 3 containers of sauce so I ask him for a bag. I get back home but I have to take care of some business for my job. I return 2 hours later and the churros are still sitting there. I ask my family why they haven’t eaten them and they tell me that they don’t have the sugar/ Cinnamon coating. I tried calling to speak with the manager but they picked up the line and hung up, 3 times. This experience was horrible from the very beginning. I will not be doing business with this establishment again. We try to support the local businesses but with this kind of service it’s hard to be supportive.

I can’t give this place a better rating despite having better experiences at other Pizza Patrons. Stop cooking pizza ahead of time because it overcooks under warmer,smiling a little wouldn’t hurt, answer the phone because some people really do need to order ahead the thing is I visit this one often.
