I arrived just as the high school across the street let out for lunch so of course they were quickly inundated. The staff handled it well. Calmly and as efficiently as possible confirming my order for accuracy before handing it to me. And the baked potato was the bomb with pieces of real bacon. Not bacon bits. Kudos to management and staff on this day.

I have come to this location a few times in the past few years. I have been turned off every time though I have ordered each time. First impression for a business is the person who takes your order. Today similar to before, there’s no smile nor hardly a hint of enthusiasm at the counter. She hardly looked up and I could hardly hear what she muttered. I also saw the guy filling the fries touch the fries with his bare hand to get them into the container. The last time I came here a year ago a different guy took fries directly from the warmer with his bare hand to snack on the fries right there. At the front door today I saw a grocery cart with random stuff in it, and after I got my order someone appearing homeless stood inside the entry door for about 15min. I like Wendy’s but I should avoid this location.

A nice quiet atmosphere because of the furnishings. A type of industrial carpet on the floor and cushioned seats. Not the noisy metal furniture on hard floors. Staff and food great too!

Drive thru is usually quick in and out. Food is fresh most of the times except for the spicy chicken nuggets. They are never fresh. Always old and gnarly. But the rest is fine.

The company can’t seem to staff more than one employee. Dining room closed. Perhaps indefinitely. Sure you can use the drive through, but with one employee running everything, expect errors and a very long wait.

We love the food. I like the Dave single. My son (the one making this review) recommends a burger with bacon in it. He also likes chicken nuggets. My other son likes chicken nuggets too. It is the 2nd best fast food restaurant in my opinion.(my favorite is In n out Burger)

We ordered 1 $6Biggie bag and Chicken sandwich combo.Seemed like new staff because we were asked if we wanted drinks??.Said yes then was told they had no drinks but diet and lemonade..So we took a diet coke and a lemonade.The wait was long and once got food to pay..tried to use $2 coupon for the combo and the girl at the window said it was for breakfast only when in fact its says NOT use for breakfast..So she checked with mgr and completed that. Then another girl hands us drinks I noticed one was bigger then other then I checked the receipt shows extra charge for lemonade .I asked the girl that handed us the drinks and she said you ordered fresh lemonade.I said I odered a lemonade didn’t mention a fresh one which I didn’t know they had and wasn’t mentioned when initially I ordered besides if they have NO drinks but diet and lemonade why would they charge the customer extra when included in combo meals. they have lemonade as fountain drink..so very strange they would charge when they are out of everything..She argued with me had an attitude and said she heard me ask for fresh lemonade, whivh she wasnt the obe I did my order with and fresh was never mentioned to me as an option..She got the mgr he asked what do you want an refund for? I said the lemonade. Simple and tried to explain that its not right they charge when they are out of all drinks basically. He begrudgingly provided receipt for refund for lemonade while the girl that had an atttitude trying to arugue with me was on her phone and he walked away..no apologies..just rude ..bad business..Never go there.Our first time and it was a hot mess.
