Stopped by on the way back from Three Sisters Springs. Was happy to see lunch specials from 12-3pm, but at 2pm our waitress informed us they don’t make more pizzas for the slices once they run out, which was a little strange with an hour left as advertised. So we got the last two cheese slices and I imagine fresh, they’d be delicious, but they were a little hard and stale. Salad was mediocre and garlic knots were good. Not sure how much to complain about a $6.99 lunch special?

Don’t eat here unless you want cigarette ashes in your food. These are some of the cheapest and greediest business owners I know. They have a huge lack of respect for their staff. They pay below minimum wage and won’t even let the staff get a drink when they start their shift. It’s also important to note that both of the owners chainsmoke cigarettes in the kitchen while they are cooking the food for customers. It’s gross. Do not eat here unless you want to be charged for EVERYTHING. They will find a reason to charge you an extra $3 on everything you order. Save your money and go somewhere that respects their customers and employees. This isn’t it.

I am in Ocala Florida for business, but drove down to visit friends in Weeki Wachee. After a quick Google search on where to eat, and seeing some of the pictures of the food, we decided to give it a try. Being Italian myself, I very rarely will eat Italian food out, as I am always disappointed (no one cooks like Nonna). But I was very surprised! My initial choice would have been meat ravioli, however they only had cheese. So, I chose the fettuccine carbonara. It was fabulous. The white sauce was creamy and the bacon had a nice smoky flavor. I am almost positive it was pancetta, but I cannot be for certain. It sure did taste like it though. My son got the tour of Italy and said the meatballs were fantastic. We had the Caprese salad and bruschetta for appetizers and when I tell you they were delicious, they were definitely delicious! We ordered the cannoli for dessert, however I was not a fan of the filling. But that does not dissuade me from leaving a great review. It was just a personal preference and different from what I was used to back home. The service was fantastic. Our waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The place was super clean and we were really impressed all the way around. So impressed in fact, that the next day when I left to go back to Ocala, I ordered a pizza to bring back to my Airbnb. I will definitely be back again when I return to Florida in January!

Moved to Florida 10 years ago,only found one pizza place about 45 minutes away I liked, finally I found mike and franks! BEST PIZZA I EVER HAD! The pizza was ok it lacked in flavor however the crust was good and crispy. We had asked for a half pepperoni with extra sauce and it didn’t have barely any sauce. We order the meatballs as an appetizer and that tasted really good. The girl that served us went to box the rest of the pizza to take home and dropped a slice and offered an apology but didn’t offer to replace the food she dropped.

It was okay. There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant and she was overwhelmed with the amount of people. I asked for additional ketchup when my meal was served and never got it. Don’t know if someone was out sick or what but she had WAY too much to properly take care of everyone. We were taking another couple out to lunch before leaving for the summer and this was their choice of a restaurant.

Food is somewhat decent. Don’t order the pasta because it doesn’t come with enough sauce on it and when you ask for extra sauce they want to charge you $4.95 for a small soufflé cup . And if you send anything back, the owners will actually come out to the table and argue with you that their food isn’t bad it’s ridiculous.
