Went up to order. Put in the first person’s order, and the rep assumed we were done. When I asked her to hold on and that we had more people. There a heavy sigh and a long silence before she told me I could continue. This happened once over again. Waited behind a customer who had waited a while already, and ended up waiting another 10 minutes before we gave up and left. It was not worth the risk that order would even be right with that kind of attitude.

I never complain about service, but this was the WORST! Ordered 3 meals at the Kiosk to dine in. All were wrong, or missing something. The pop machine for self service was broke, so she said she would bring me one. After about 15 mins, I went to go ask for it, and was met with an attitude. I asked for to go containers and received more attitude. They were not busy. There was no excuse.

No ice in machine. Had to wait 10 minutes at the counter for ice to put in tea. No napkins OR straws for milkshakes! What A Mess! Order wasn’t correct! Order fries got them 15 minutes after sandwiches. Milkshakes came 10 minutes later! We had 3 children under 10 with us!

Great Food and Friendly Service – Dined with two friends. We all ordered burgers, fries and shakes. It was late in the afternoon, and only one person was working in the dining area. A large party was seated shortly after us. The server did an excellent job handling so many guests all at once. Our shakes took quite a while to arrive, but we barely noticed. When our server brought our check, she did not charge us for the shakes because of the delay. We were very happy with how she handled this. Paid with the Steak and Shake app. It was easy to use.

Me and my wife waited in the Drive-Thru behind two other cars for 30 minutes the first card did not even move so I went and parked to go inside another 30 minutes just for two milkshakes and the manager was too busy doing her counts and she knew that her only employee was getting slammed she had it written all over her face and she said she don’t give a F come on now people get better
