Food was great, the place was clean! I am commenting on the cleanliness even more than the food! It was not busy when we stopped, so during busy times, it might be different. We were greeted promptly, our food was great, and we sat at clean tables. I’ll be going back!

Take out, first time to get the crispy chicken wrap. I enjoyed it. It was tasty, I was thinking about getting the chicken salad sandwich but decided to try this wrap. I look forward to trying it again.

Four stars for service. Arby’s curly fries have changed–disappointed after second time ordering them recently. They’re not battered or seasoned as they once were. The employees were not able to recognize this. I understand that every restaurant has cut corners to save money, but this has sacrificed the quality.

I usually have a great experience at this location, but this last time my food was not very good quality. The main thing I was unhappy about was that my meat was burnt, and the bun as well. I understand that it takes more time to re make something vs. send it out the window, but I would have gladly waited for new roast beef instead of the burnt one that I got.

Just disappointed. They gave me some overpriced chicken tenders that were definitely reheated, they were not the easiest to eat. The mozzarella sticks were still good but for the money, I’d might as well just goto the store and buy some cheese sticks.

Tonight I ordered the new garlic ribeye steak sandwich, but what I got was a roast beef sandwich with just melted Swiss cheese on it….No ribeye meat, no garlic aioli sauce, and none of the ingredients that was supposed to be on the new sandwich….I’ve always loved this location, but this is one out of a few times that I’ve been disappointed from it. If you’re going to charge the prices that you do for the food, then at least make the food right and give people the product they paid for….Thanks.
