I just left this location about 10-15 minutes ago. I asked for a 3 piece white big box meal. I’ve come here multiple times and asked for this with no issues. Tonight I came here after craving KFC and just got home to find that they gave me 3 piece dark even though I said 3 piece white multiple times. So disappointed. Never coming here again. I would have never purchased a 3 piece dark. Waste of money as I will be going to bed hungry. I called the store no answer.

At around 6:00pm I placed an order for a famous bowl and a extra side of drink he said, “ ok pull up to the red pole.” I said, “ok” as I was getting ready to give my cash he reappeared the order and then he told me the total I was still looking for my wallet he walked away unfortunately I did not like the service or food. I came home and saw this tasted like it came from a can. Mac and cheese tasted like I was eating play dough I don’t know what happened thru the time but your service and quality has gone down I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Placed an online order. Order was missing items. When inside and had to repeat myself 5 times in regards to what was missing. The size of the chicken pieces were ridiculously small. I ordered a variety chicken and was only given legs and thighs, unfortunately I didn’t realize until I was home. Never again going to this location!

I ordered online and when I got my order it was wrong!!! 50$ order and I was missing a whole famous bowl, both gravys for my 2 large mash potatoes and a small cole slaw. I went inside and it took longer than expected to get my order correct.

I was asked to back up behind the red pole as I get my payment ready so I don’t mess up their drive through time. Then asked to pull around and wait for wings. Long Wait. Given the wrong order. Old Grease. And I’m still upset the potatoe wedges were discontinued.

Every time I come to this Location they always mess my order up. I hate to say it but the employees don’t care about how they handle your order. Please have your employees take their time and appreciate folk spending their hard working money. We work just like they do. The main big guy with a beard and dreads in his hair is so rude! I get to the drive through to look at the menu and i am told i have exactly 55 seconds to order or to go inside because i am on his time! One of the other employees personally apologized and said he was always rude and didnt know why the man is still not fired!!!! I am so furious and will go else where to spend my money! I will not be going back here again!!!!!!

Anyone that needs a job should apply. Plenty help needed here but, to say that it was only two people at the time we arrived, they did an OUTSTANDING JOB! taking care of the restaurant and the many orders that they had at rush hour 5pm. Hats off to your restaurant and communicating that it would take a little longer than expected but I was good with it.
