I was visiting from out of state and stopped at this location. This lady in the video, get rid of her. Please get rid of these rude people. I am a Black woman and cannot stand when our people get these jobs and instead of being thankful for what God has blessed them with, they display the worst customer service imaginable. I walked in, greeted the workers and asked a question and this lady completely ignored or acknowledged me and had an I don’t care attitude. I feel that if you do not like your job, then find something else to do. The other young lady who was working the register/drive thru started out as being rude but at least she changed her demeanor.

Of the 4 times I went to this Burger King, I only received my food once. I always order fast food through an app for loyalty rewards. I’ve ordered at home and driven to BK for them to say they didn’t receive my order. Or, they got my order but they’re out and I can contact customer service for a refund. I even tried to order something different (cheaper!) because I was hungry and out $10. They said no. I really wouldn’t be surprised if they just didn’t feel like making my food. My favorite was when I tried to buy a coffee on the way to work, over an hour after they’re supposed to open. The loudspeaker said “we’re closed” and when I asked when they open, she said “when people want to come to work.” Every interaction has just been so rude. I’ve worked food service most of my adult life, I say please and thank you when they take my order, take my payment, and hand me my food. It honestly stressed me out. It’s ridiculous that I need to drive 15 minutes for Burger King when there’s one nearby, so I don’t.

I visited this location in September 2021 after arriving for the first time in New Orleans. I drove through their drive-thru to order a chicken sandwich but they didn’t have chicken, so thinking that it was only for that I decided to order something else that happened to be chicken. Unaware I was that they didn’t have any chicken, yet one of the employees inside yelled through the intercom, “No chicken!!” Is that how to communicate to customers? A little over a year and a half later I am reading all of these newer reviews, indicating that nothing has been done to improve the quality of employees at this location since the time that I last visited. I would recommend to patrons that the next time you visit this location to obtain the name of the employee who serviced you and report them to the corporate headquarters. Don’t bother reporting them to the general manager or whoever runs this branch because if they cared they would’ve taken action. Pressure needs to trickle down from the top.

The lady at the drive-thru was very unprofessional, rude, impatient and had an attitude….she wasn’t listening and when I tried to get her attention I was ignored, thought of canceling order but went ahead and just as expected, the fries were saggy and cold, the chicken nuggets were also cold.
