I recently ordered 20 traditional wings for delivery in my office on a weekend. The delivery was prompt and the fries were good. The wings were grossly undercooked and essentially raw past the outer crust. I immediately contacted this “organization” through email requesting a refund along with doing so gain when contacted about my experience. I have yet to hear back from them so if you like your wings virtually uncooked this is the place for you.

Let me start by saying this is chili’s!!! Very unclear when you are ordering that you will be picking up your food from chili’s and I drove around wondering where just wings was for about 5 minutes before I saw a tiny sign on the curbside parking that said just wings. When I got home the fries were very cold and soggy. Then we dig into the wings and discover they are covered in some sort of slime. Seemed to be fat but I honestly can’t say for sure. We ended up throwing all the food away . $40 seemed like such a good deal but in the end was a waste of money. I would never have even order wings if I had known it was from chili’s so they duped me from the start!!! Don’t order wings from here just don’t do it!!!

Delivery only sold out of Chilis. Love the fact they have the exact same honey chipotle as Chilis too. Garlic parmesan bone in wings were great once they toned down the saltiness. Super quick and pretty happy so far on quality. Price can be high, but that’s the convenience of delivery.
