The food was absolutely the best I’ve had in a long time. However, my wait was too long after i was seated. A group came in after me but got there food way before I got my food. Hopefully, on my next visit, I will have a more attentive server.

This was my second attempt at going here. The first time we waited and waited and waited. It took nearly an hour to get seated. The food was good. I decided to skip the wait by making a reservation. It was for 7:00 PM. I got there at 6:55. The hostess said it would be 5 minutes or so. The place was busy. by 7:15 I saw people getting seated that came in after me so I inquired about what was going on and they had lost my reservation. They then treated me like I just put my name in and when I expressed disappointment the manage got upset that I was upset. Really awesome management. The food was terrific but the staff was also poorly trained. Rarely checked in on us and slow to get us the bill. Famous Dave’s used to be an amazing place to go but their service and management has really gone downhill. I won’t be going back. Not that it mattered but they did not offer any discount or apology for the poor service.

Amazing all around. Great service great food… prices are kind of high but to me it’s worth it because it’s good quality food. They seem to always be busy when we show up so that’s a good thing for them not a good thing if you’re in a hurry. I recommend ordering ahead if you want to do pick up

I haven’t had famous Dave’s since the pandemic hit. But eating here again brought so much nostalgia. The baby back ribs amazing. The famous fries amazing. The Mac and cheese let me think…. AMAZING! I do think the new look is not as good as it used to be.

The food was decent. My wife didn’t think the ribs were great, they were not quite “fall of the bone” done, but the flavor was good. I was disappointed they don’t do the potato chips anymore. the atmosphere was ok, a bit cafeteria-ish with all the white paneling. And the lamp next to the booth was too bright so we moved to a different table. The staff was friendly and our waiter did a good job. We were Disappointed that there was no peach cobbler left. The place wasn’t packed on a Friday night and I understand why. It’s not as good as it used to be.(it had been a few years since I have been there untill Friday)

Bummer they no longer have the potato salad! Food was as good as we remembered! Service was not the fastest…we waited for almost half hour before our order/ drinks were brought to us and the restaurant was not full. This was the server’s fault but the hostess as she sat us in a section where the server was not scheduled yet.
