Literally the worse pizza delivery ever…I ordered twice from them and every time they forget something in the order. So I already waited extra time to get the food…. over an hour… then I’m told I have to wait another hour to get the item, that I paid for, that they forgot. Then I have a young lady get on the phone and say she does not appreciate me being upset and being mean to her…. are you serious? How about you just say we are sorry and we will get the forgotten item or to me as soon as possible. When you pay 70 dollars for one pizza…breadsticks… and wings

Placed an order for delivery, I check 23 mins later to see it got cancelled due to them being unable to reach me by phone, i had no missed calls so i called them and the girl answers and says the reason my order was cancelled was because they had no delivery drivers because they all had to go home early and my order was cancelled because we placed it 5 minutes before they closed even though google says they stop taking deliveries at 12 and i placed my order at 11:45 and she said she didn’t get it until 11:57 so she cancelled it and gave me the refund because it was so close to closing… i told her that wasn’t the point and that was my dinner after work and i placed my order much earlier and she had nothing to say… i work as a cashier at a pizza place and to say i was astonished is an understatement. Insane that a corporate company lets them do things like this. It’s just sad.

The food is good, but papa johns has just gotten so cheap. They’ve increased their prices while cutting costs by giving you less food. Completely ridiculous. This isn’t the fault of the store or the employees there. I know it’s what corporate has told them to do. This was their ‘papa bowl’. One thin layer of pizza toppings in a bowl.

Getting better but not back to what it was. Dough doesn’t seem as fresh as it used to be. Not as generous with toppings. Would love to see them offer a great product and charge what is necessary to stay in business. Let people who want a cheap garbage pizza go to Pizza Hut.
