Interesting place, stacks of bagged peanuts in the shell for scooping up while you wait for your order number to be called. I went shortly after the working people in the area. Ordered a single beef cheese burger with onions. Keep in mind they do not ask how you want your burger grilled they all come with no pink in the beef. That’s a given understanding rule. After getting my burger and fries I noticed that the bag was heavy-weight. Steaming from the smelling good, I was ready to experience 2 Guys Burgers…wrong order, I had double Burgers and double cheese…after the correction was made showing them my receipt which was correct the manager made my burger gave me freshly hot French fries and after the 1st bite I knew that I would come back to 5 Guys in El Segundo location

Wonderful staff made my first experience at Five Guys amazing. The staff were very helpful – and even gave me a free drink as it was my first time there. Burger was juicy, tasty, and the fries were well seasoned. No complaints overall. After poor experience at In N Out this was a great change!

Burger is ok. Bun is nothing to speak of, meat is ok nothing special. For the price, I rather go to The Habit or Shake Shack… In-N-Out tastes much better and is cheaper.

First time there. Place is loud with music. Can’t hear the lady taking our orders. Prices are too expensive. The burger made on the hot plate was cold when served. Frys were cold and soggy. I would not go back

Racist plain and simple. Came in about 15 mybe 20 minutes ago was waiting in line the person at the register clearly saw me waiting in line and someone off the street just walks right in and cuts the line no acknowledgement of me waiting in line. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, small fry and a vanilla shake with whipped cream and a side of mayo. $21 and 15 minutes later I was handed a bag with a burger and fries. I had to remind them to make the shake. No whipped cream was put on the shake and no side of mayo was put in the bag as it was ordered. I’m easy going so I didn’t bother asking for either, but for $21 for what I ordered, service should be pretty darn stellar. The food tastes good, but the “high class burgers at low-end prices” sign is kind of a lie, and service leaves room for improvement.
