We requested family meal deal (and clarified it multiple times) which consists of a specialty pizza, a large 1 topping, and 10 breadsticks, after buying and getting home I realized that we were missing 5 breadsticks and were upcharged 4 dollars. The reason was apparently that the button for that deal was not functional, a fact that I was not informed of when we made the order, and that they would be able to get us the breadsticks but not the 4 dollars that they had no right to charge. I am not argumentative and didn’t want to start anything over it so I decided to take what I could get. The cashier did not communicate the upcharge to us at all, the owner did not speak with us at all about the problem, they upcharged us and refused to offer a refund, and I was the one forced to attempt a solution, not them. This was the most one star experience I have ever had.

Took a DoorDash order here the other day. They never listed the items of what a customer orders on the DoorDash app. So I have no clue what I am picking up. Went to Burnwood mobile homes. GPS sent me to the front office but the mobile home # was in the 200s. No idea where that was. I tried calling the customer through the DoorDash app and no answer from the customer. So I left it at the front office where the GPS sent me. A few days later I see a pizza hut driver employee driving like crazy tail gating people and they go around once another line opens. Guy in White Kia does not know how to drive. Tried to report driver to this store. They did not care but instead I got falsely blamed and yelled at by a blonde hair lady for stealing that DoorDash order the other day. The store off of I 240 is much better.

I’ve been ordering delivery from this location to my job for quite a while & something like this has never happened . My coworkers & I found 2 dead flys on the pizza after we had already eaten a few slices . One of the flys was buried underneath the cheese & the other one was lying on top . We thought pizzas were supposed to be quality checked . I will not be ordering from this location anymore .

Pizza Hut is my personal preference when I order pizza to bring home, most of the time it’s great, there are a couple places that are not great, I just don’t return to those locations. PH on Eastern in Moore though so far has not let me down, great pizza, personal preference is Pepperoni Lovers w/Italian sausage.

Ok my family just stopped by and ordered lots of wings and bread. I’m not lying but tonight’s food was hands down the BEST we have had from here in awhile. You need to train your employees. I tried to order a taste maker pizza, I was told directly by them it only comes in thin crust. Someone needs to get there facts straight. Because it says online you can order other than thin crust. Got no sale, I went to sonic. If I wanted to order a cracker, I’d go to the dollar store.
