Yes there are lots of burrito/ taco places but this is one of the best. All the ingredients are very fresh. Friendly helpful staff. So good, you really need to try this place. Very customizable. Clean comfortable locations. Might have to drive a little farther. Do it.

I came to pick up an online order at 8:05. The front door was locked and I was told that they were “closed” despite another customer sitting inside eating. The manager eventually let me in after I told her I had placed an online order. They hadn’t even started preparing my order yet, so I had to wait about another 10 minutes to get my food. They did not include my side of salsa, which was clearly stated on the order receipt. I had to remind them about it after I checked my bag. All in all this was a terrible customer experience. Had I not already paid for my online order, I would have left. I will not be returning to this location.

Short Hispanic lady who never smiles was so rude when I asked where my online order was. I showed her the order confirmation and she didn’t even care. She was very rude. The man who was serving the food was kind enough to make my order anyway, but that hispanic lady told him not to. Turns out my online order was cancelled, but I didn’t even want to reorder because of how disrespectful she was. It felt like she was judging me based of my looks, as if I couldn’t afford to pay for the food and that I was looking for free food. So I left. I used to work in fast food too, and I would never treat someone like that. Let’s be kinder to people, you don’t know what they going through or if this meal was supposed to cheer them up from something. I’m in Nursing school and the #1 rule I follow is to be kind to everyone no matter their background. The same should be taught to fast food workers like her.

The food here is good but the attitude of the employees makes me rather go to Chipotle. I hate greeting someone in both spanish and english and they just look at me with a straight face. The 2 hispanic ladies that work here in the lunch shift need a class on some customer service.

Better than Chipotle by a mile! The Bowl is amazing and you can have it with all types of cheese and the extra guacamole is cheap. All their proteins are seasoned really well.

To begin, this was actually my first time ever getting anything from Qdoba. Normally I would get anything like this from Chipotle but stopped since the price was just so high. Like Chipotle, there’s a great variety of toppings you can put on the food. Maybe not as many options when it comes to other dishes but if anything, it’s a bit cheaper. I don’t really know if I would go back because the price still is up there considering it doesn’t cost that much to make and that I already make it at home from time to time (I can just make it myself with high quality ingredients and a low price). Don’t get me wrong though, it’s good, it’s just the price it has. Worth it or not? I’d say no but it could just depend on each person. Overall, tastes great, price is a bit high, nice staff, and clean restaurant. Thanks!
