First time eating at the Forest… The food was great same with our waiter. At first when we got there we had to get a waiter attention just to get our drink order in. But when we did he did a fantastic job. He even wanted to see the cook on my steak. Which I’ve never had a waiter asked me to cut my steak to see the cook on it (Which was perfect).

Came here on vacation and was not disappointed! I recommend that you make a reservation because the wait times can get pretty long. We made a reservation and were seated not long after our scheduled time. Food was delicious, hot, and decent price. The smoothie was delicious and so refreshing after a hot day. Service was quick and our server was nice! Love this location because of the water ride, and the gift shop is a good size with plenty to look at. If you want a fun and different experience, this is the place to come to! My friend and I had a great time and will come back again the next time we are in Galveston.

Food was great. Kids meals were served great portions and options. Fish tacos built great, tortilla tasted fresh handmade, the fish was cooked really well. Steak fajitas very good. Korean Spicy stir fry sooo good but definitely spicy. Soooo good. Service couple small issues no big deal. Crowded but seated within 5 minutes of our reservation time.

Super fun restaurant! The food was pretty good, and the kids had a blast! I STRONGLY encourage reservations, but if you don’t have one they had a magic show and DJ out front to help pass the wait time.

We enjoyed ourselves. Got seated right away with our reservation. Our server was good, and even when a plate broke at the next table, the staff was quick! Fun vibe even with some remodeling going on. All the handheld foods (burgers, wraps, sandwiches) were good with fries. Do not get the Alfredo! It was watery sauce with no seasoning. Chairs are a little uncomfortable too.

Not my favorite Rainforest Cafe that I’ve been too. The multiple hosts didn’t act like they wanted to work there. The meal was forgotten about. We were being offered dessert while eating our Appetizer. Dinner was left waiting.

Such a fun place for families! The food is great and the atmosphere is so fun! The aquariums are really well done and scattered throughout the restaurant. I had the Coconut Shrimp basket, which was good as always. The kids has pasta with marinara and fresh fruit (the fruit was huge chunks of fresh watermelon) and both were a big hit! My hubby had the Lava nachos appetizer as a meal and it was HUGE. The waiter was super nice and good with kids. The only weird/bad thing was, they had face-painters and balloon artists wandering around the dining room working for tips… that was unneeded and kind of disruptive. The ride is cute and VERY well maintained (but a little pricy – skip it if you don’t have kids that are elementary age or younger). Overall it’s a great experience and we will be back!

Your kids will certainly enjoy this place, but anything other than a kid’s meal will cost you $20+. Some might not mind the price, but I can easily get better food for much less. To each their own, but I won’t be returning ever.

Waitress was visibly annoyed and impatient and was clearly being fake, acting like she was patient and kind. Surely, they are used to tourists who have questions and need more time. The food reminds me of chilis, but with a high dollar price tag and was mediocre at best. You’re literally paying for the experience. As for the experience, we loved it and the adventure ride is a must-see. We loved it.

This was my first time at Rainforest Cafe and it was quite a sight. Many things to see while coming to this restaurant a gift shop, river ride, waterfall, face painting and a balloon guy. I recommend making a reservation beforehand as it is a really busy place. Seems like they have things for the whole family. Santiago was a great safari host and the food & drinks were prepared really well everybody tasted fresh. I ordered the Panama Punch and the Bombay Chicken & Shrimp.
