While the food was adequate, the entire restaurant is dimly lit, dirty, and hot. Their only air were two fans on the floor. The soda machine was out of most of the options and was dirty. It was a struggle to find a table that wasn’t disgusting. I got the spicy chicken wrap with cajun fries and my son got a double burger with fries. He said his was not the worst burger he has ever had and my food was decent. I feel bad for the two employees that were working in that environment.

Employees were very nice, service was quick and food was exactly what it should be. Burgers were far better than what you get at most fast casual chains. My only quip is I couldn’t see the open sigh through the graphics on the front door in the middle of the afternoon. Good job guys.

Just not what it used to be. I walked in and no one said a word to me. Finally walked up to someone asking for my pick up order. Ice machine was broken which isn’t a big deal but would be nice if it was labeled so costumers know and don’t try to use it. I work in a restaurant and it was filthy in there. Got home and barely got any fries in either back and they were way over cooked. Our burgers were just slapped together and looked like the person cooking them didn’t care. I used to love this burger place but most likely will not be returning.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My husband and I decided to try this place for dinner last night. I ate the spicy chicken wrap and let me tell you, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL!!! After I ate half of the wrap I started to puke. Waking up the next morning I had to go to the hospital because I was so sick. Turns out it was from either the chicken or lettuce. Please never order from this restaurant. I did not go in to pick up the order, but my husband said it looked dirty as well.

Literally my favorite burger joint in Clarksville. I think it needs a renovation but the chef is diligent and has never gotten my order wrong. More people need to know about this place. They don’t often answer the phone, but I come down here and wait anyway when I’m craving a real burger. I don’t mind waiting. These are real burgers made how you want. The meat taste better than any other place around exit 1 and to me even exit 4. I’ve lived here my whole life. I would say they are like ferrels in hopkinsville. The quality is why I’ll wait and pay the difference. Just ate another burger out of hundreds. Seems some have had the opposite experience in the reviews but I have not experienced this. If you haven’t tried them fr, drop by you won’t be disappointed!

This place is disgusting. The floors are sticky, food prep surfaces which are visible to the customer are messy, there wasnt a single clean surface in the building. We found the cleanest table we could and it was still soda sticky with visible drink rings. the beverage station was disgusting. the food wasnt terrible but in no way was it worth what you pay for it. $14 for a mid burger fries and a drink is fine at most places because you are also paying for a quality atmosphere. This places atmosphere is that of a dumpster fire. Never again.

Don’t be fooled by its hole in the wall appearance. We’ve eaten here twice and ordered using Uber eats- every time it was consistently delicious. Food is cooked fresh and they’re the best “fast food” burgers.

The burgers were great but fine details were missed (banana peppers on my burger, an extra order of onion rings). Food was freshly prepared and was still blazing hot from the grill when I got home. Excellent onion rings, excellent loaded cheddar fries. Patties are smaller so if you are hungry, I recommend a triple or larger.

We were unfortunately not satisfied with this place. The burgers were small and expensive; the taste was okay, nothing special. Fries were cold and not crispy. The store itself is dirty and needs a deep clean. Grease is all over the place. And we also weren’t really greeted, when we walked in. We won’t be coming back and can not recommend it.
