This is a very nice cariboo coffee location. The staff is very very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. Restaurant is very clean and recently updated or newly built. We both got malted mocha’s which is the best drink on the planet in our opinions.the breakfast sandwiches and really good,they seem fresher. Than other places.the rest rooms were very clean as well as the parking lot.

We had the most enjoyable experience with our barista, Macy. She was so helpful in helping decide what to eat and drink. Thank you, Macy, for such a delicious time. The drink was rich and creamy. It brought so much joy to my taste buds as it caressed my tongue. My 14 year old daughter was pleasantly surprised with how pleasant the experience was. Thank you Macy!

This has become a usual stop for us on our trips to the Black Hills area. The coffee here is always good from plain ol’ black to mocha coolers with whip, they have it all. Staff had changed over the years but always are friendly and ready to help translate your order, especially for those of us who only visit a few times a year. But make sure you look at the menu for this location as several of the drinks on the generic Caribou Coffee page are not available at this location. It was a minor annoyance but the staff helped us get what we wanted and it was ready fast. Prices are below average on most drinks and they even had a few we had not heard of before. We stop on our way out and again on our way back when traveling down 90. Plenty of gas stations near by as well, so make a coffee and gas stop in Mitchell, the Corn Palace isn’t the only thing in town here.

Easy on and off freeway access. Located adjacent to the Anytime Fitness gym. They don’t have a large “monument sign” independent from the one on the building so we missed it at first. Good coffee that isn’t bitter like “Stars” is. Their breakfast sandwiches are also hearty and worth the cost.

GREAT coffee, but don’t ask them for any special favors like last minute drinks. Customer loyalty isn’t really rewarded here. I spent $20 a day here for a year and they won’t stay open an extra 5 mins for me when I’m running late, even if I call and ask ahead of time. That’s the kind of service you get here. Great drinks though.

I have had nothing but bad and irritating experiences here. The coffee of the day is usually cold and most of the time my order is incorrect. Today I ordered two drinks on the app and both of them were completely wrong. Even though they had a sticker on each saying what they were supposed to be.
